Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

Don't get delivery, it is a crap shoot. Called order in at 5:53, first thing asked Pick up or Delivery, I said Delivery and was told 25 minutes and it would be 29.65. At 6:38 called to check on my pizza and was told it was in route. At 7:11, over an hour later, i called back and asked for manager. He tells me my order was put in as a pick-up.. To which is say, if that were the case, why wasn't i called when i didn't show up, and why was i told it was on the way when i called checking on it... What is the point of having my phone number and info saved in their history. So, the manager tells me, that the pizza will be made 'again', and sent out right away (who got it the first time?) The new pizza order showed up at 8pm, 49 minutes later, totaling $33.35. Customer service at its best, 2hrs for pizza and an up charge for my business....... You suck Jets Brownstown. I will never order from this Jets again. Last night I had to work late and placed an online order for my wife and made sure to order 2 ranch and bleu cheese for 3 bucks, with 3.49 delivery charge and tipped the driver 5 bucks beforehand and the driver didn’t bring our sauces and made us feel like a burden if he had to go back and get them. I went and picked up Jets pizza from the Taylor mi one on Goddard and they gave me ranches free of charge. I was disappointed with the customer service and understand it was busy but maybe take a minute to be sure you have everything on your receipt before taking off. Manager Richard was very rude when I came in. I understand it is right before closing but I called 20 mins before closing to order a medium cheese pizza and the manager said i hung up on him before I could give him my information but i know my information is in their system when I call using my cell phone number. Anyway I challenge him and told him my name is in your system and i don’t recall hanging up they told me to be here before 10 and i came in at 9:50 where i was greeted by a rude manager. after i challenged him, he lied directly to my face and told me that is not how it works when i know for sure it does work that way.
