McDonald's — Restaurant in Brownstown Charter Township

I stopped here two days in a row for grands before drop-off to school both days completely messed up orders...I returned on May 3 2022 around 745 am Now the older lady who's on the window taking money is a sweetheart! The pickup window is a completely different story the lady has a flip lip will get smart with you as soon as you mention anything that you don't approve of well she shoved the bag of food at me with forced ! I asked her was everything in there and lord Jesus take the wheel! She gave me such a nasty look!!! I stayed right there has grandson to check order he said it was okay...well after I pulled off they started eating food was OK but I ordered apples pies and was given cherry. A returned to restaurant and this time went inside . I was greeted by such a nice girl only to find out she's the manager...I originally asked her was "she the manager as I pointed the the meanie on the pick-up window... " well she looked at me with such HATRED IN HER FACE! THE MANAGER was so nice and assured me to would talk to her... meanwhile she's mouthing off to her superior!!! I asked for corporate number and her name and was told they don't have a number and she couldn't give me her name... so I snapped a picture of her to post alone with this review but it was blurry 😔 I will NEVER RETURN TO T H IS PLACE BECAUSE SHE BRINGS THE WORSE OUT OF PEOPLE...IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD...

I’ve ordered food 3 times from here and won’t ever again. I don’t even write reviews, but I’m livid. Every time it’s the nastiest, oldest, grossest thing I open up. The first time I ordered a double quarter pounder and they gave me a cheeseburger with 4 patties.. Plain. No cheese, no condiments, just patties and buns. Got my money back. 2nd time I ordered a 20 piece. Got the 20 piece box with 3 nuggets in it. I went back thinking it was a joke and they ignored me at the window. Went back next morning to get my money back. Hadn’t been back in months and decided to give it a try on DoorDash real quick. Got a chicken sandwich meal and a mcdouble with a frozen coke. No condiments on anything, no frozen coke, and it looks like this meat has sat for the last 12 hours before getting sloppily thrown into this box. Called up to talk to the manager and she immediately knew what I was talking about and she said everything was made perfect and hung up before I could even talk.. This place is a literal joke. Needs new...

Have had more than my fair share of problems at this location, but they always try to make it right. Recently, this store stopped being a 24hour location. I think that sucks. I don't go to McDz often, but it's usually in the middle of a lengthy car trip or in the middle of the night.

Tonight, I had that infamous fry craving... I looked at the time and saw 11:43. I rushed over to my phone and checked the official hours of operation. I had just 15 minutes to get some appropriate clothing on, jump in the car and drive to the location. I knew it would be close but I went.

The staff was pleasant with me though I was ordering 10minutes to close. All of my order is fresh, there are napkins, ketchup, and straws. The young lady at the window told me thank you and have a great night. I felt like their all star dinner rush staff was on site. Pleasantly surprised is an understatement.

Just want to give praise...
