I have been there two times only and this is an honest review. I had a regular black coffee, which was ok, it was not extraordinary. A few days later I took my family and ordered a variety of drinks. The milk shake was very bland and watery (Whataburger or Dairy Queen definitely better), a mango smoothie which had a weird plastic after taste and a chocolate cocoa which was watered down. Finally, a cold caramel macho atto which according to my daughter, was good. Now, I want ALL local business’ to succeed and my critique is honest and not trying to bring their business down, but they have to step it up. service was great timeliness of delivery was excellent as well but you can get better tasting drinks elsewhere at better prices. One las thing, if you pay with credit/debit card, the server flips the screen towards you and immediately tells you “Here you go and it will ask you how much you want to tip!”. Read moreMy honest review - Better coffee elsewhere. I have visited this coffee joint several times to be sure of my overall opinion of this place. The first time, coffee was weak, but the place was new with long lines, so I figured that must have been why. Next time, I ordered a matcha latte. The drink was white, so I asked the barista to make it again with less milk. It came out the same. All I could taste was milk. This last time, there was no line & it was 6am. I ordered a hot coffee, a double shot espresso, and a caramel latte. What I got was a house blend (espresso mixed with water I was told) and a caramel coffee. I paid $9 for nothing that I ordered whatsoever. Most of the reviews are about milky, sweet drinks. However, I find their coffee to be weak. I also can't see how hard it was to mess up my last order.

The lady said no and I asked why and she did not have a specific reason. So I asked for a contact number for a district manager so I may ask him for a specific reason because it makes no sense. She then brought him out and also he did not have a specific reason but only said it was because of covid policy. I did not see a single worker from 7 brew in Brownsville Tx. using gloves, sanitizers, face masks or any precaution due to the covid he was talking about. I'm so sorry but this "Policy" does not make no sense. I would have just dump the cup and have another happy customer can back again.
