My driver called and made an appointment for tint on 8/31 for ceramic tint install. When he got there on 9/25 they told him he needed to use the crystalline tint because it was dot approved. They charged him $460 for 3 windows at 90% darkness all around. He called back on 9/27 to let them know it was too light and was not blocking out the heat. They told him to come in today. He went this morning and the charged him another $310 dollars to take off and reinstall what he asked for to begin with. So $770 for 3 windows. I called and waited for the manager for 15 minutes before he picked up. I explained the situation and all he could tell me was that my driver picked the tint and it was not him or his guys fault. I tried to get him to credit me back something because I know we were over charged to begin with. He talked forever trying to get me to believe his story. I told him that I was not happy and wanted a resolution. He even said that "He could not fix stupid" when I tried resolve the issue directly with him. The manager is condescending, doesn't let you talk, rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER send business their way again and hope they enjoyed their $770 dollars they stole from this customer. This business needs to evaluate who they have as a manager. There are a lot of bad reviews that indicate this business is greedy and does not have good...

Total Rip Off!!. I went yesterday around 5pm asking for prizes for window tint guy at the desk told me that they couldnt get more people because they only had 1 worker for the window tints. We agreed that the following day at 9am was fine. Once i got the prices for the window tints guy at the desk mentioned that it would be an extra $120 to remove previous window tints from all windows. I went home removed the window tints from all four doors and the back window had very little tint at the bottom where i could not reach anymore; cleaned the glue off from windows just very few glue smudges were left. Showed up today around 9am, same guy from previous day, dint even remembered me, told him i took off the previous window tints and mentioned the tint that was left behind and glue smudges. He calls a second gut we all go outside to take a look and the back window and second says it should be $80 but decides to call a third! guy to take a look. The third guy acted like if was a lot of work for the back window and said it should be $140!!! I complained of why they were changing prices around and mentioned the price they had given me the previous day for all 4 windows and dint know how to reply to that. I told them to nevermind and that i was going to go...
