I’m very disappointed with this place. By looking at their work I thought they would do a great job with my hair, total opposite!! I went to get a balayage like two weeks ago and Veronica did my hair. The first thing I told her was I did not want yellowish color on my hair, since I’ve had bad experiences in the past, I always make sure I tell them that first. My hair on the bottom was already bleached and I loved the color I had a ashy color. I just needed a retouch since my roots had grown more than 4 inches. I was there 7 hours and then once she was done she was very honest and told me that the top part didn’t get a good color and looked yellow. After being there for 7 hours I was already annoyed and she told me she could put a dark base color to cover that yellowish part, I agreed. Later 1 week and half the base washed out and now my top hair color looks yellow/ orange. It looks disgusting!!! I then decided to call them and let them know of the situation and ask them to provide me a quote to get this resolve. They told me a week ago they would call me back for a quote and never called me back. Now I decided to call them today again and get a quote of 165$ same price I paid at the beginning. I understand it is a process but I’ve already been to too many different stylist and they are able to get the job done in one session and in case I need a second session they definitely don’t charge me the same amount I paid the first time. Beside that only good thing I can say is the ladies were all nice and attentive. I’m very sorry I have to write a bad review but I’m not satisfied with the services I’ve received . And about the price I don’t have an issue because it’s very decent compare to other places but paying that amount of money for a second session it doesn’t make sense to me, paying and then for my hair to come out the same yellowish color. Not risking it!!!! Now I have to pay again to get my hair done...

I wanted to be a golden blonde from the root , i was charged 375.00 for 19in of hair when half was already blonde . I was bleached then set a toner then set a golden paint all around , ok , color was ok. My issue was no dimension . I go back 2 weeks later & ,sylvia (owner) was understanding of my unhappiness with the job (so simple) and did not charge which was appriciated . Well i shouldint have even gone back. i end up w dark roots . I DID NOT WANT DARK ROOTS. Thats why i paid 375. To be a blonde from the root!!! *LUSERO *Did NOT customize my desires to what she knows what to do which is baylages. Thats her specialty. She is NOT a blonde expert. She does good highlights . But a full BLONDE ?! never again. My hair is ruined and 375$ to end up how i started ....

I went to the NEW concept beauty salon to get my hair done for the first time and I had the absolute worst experience. Not only did Janie take 10 hours to finish a simple ombré, but she BLEACHED a part of my eyebrow in the process and didn’t even give me the color I initially asked for. I tried calling Sylvia, the owner, for a reimbursement for my terrible experience, but apparently she doesn’t “give out refunds” and the only option she gave me was to go back in for a correction.
