Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Brownsville

I went inside to order my take out when I walked in I saw there was alot of staff on duty ,but I was rudely ignored by them I had ask who was the cashier on duty so they can take my order the staff was loudly laughing and joking around some were walking around drinking and eating biscuits and the manager was leaning on the counter laughing saw me as well and ingored me as I saw all this I repeated once again who is the cashier that can take my order one staff member said oh I am ..It was out if control the manager should of had his staff in control and ready to service to customers ... It was a bad rude experience dirty as well the employees were acting like ut was a hang out place and eating just grabbing from the pan were they get them to give to us with no gloves... just eat away biscuts drinking soda walking back and forth also my son got sick from his stomach after he...

I’ve visited this restaurant 3 times this past 1 1/2 years. The first time, I had to wait like 10-15 minutes for my order. Since the first experience of waiting, the next two times I decided to call the restaurant ahead of time to let them know what my order is so I won’t have to wait. Well, although I called both times I still had to wait 15-20 minutes still. Also, someone needs to pay more attention to the tables after a customer leaves because this last time I went, today, there were a few empty dirty tables. My past several times was great. This time was terrible. 45.00 order for 20 piece tender and they want to give you some nasty white gravy. I asked for sauces. They give me 3 sauces for 20 tenders. Went back in and they reluctantly gave me 2 more. Beyond rediculas. 2 sides of mashed potatoes and 1 side of macaroni. I get 0. That's not even one utensil to eat it with! What the hell.
