Olivia's has an detail-oriented managers and experienced staff that greets you with a smile from the moment you walk in till goodbye. The food portions are VERY generous. Homemade tortillas, big cup of coffee, and everything is well priced. Great resturant and would recommend to anyone in Brownsville...
