I go in to the red onion all the time for my parents & use my dads card every time today i go to get food for my parents with my dads card again like always & bc my fiancée and i are a biracial couple the bartender was very persistent we stole the card saying your names can’t be Edward first how would you know that second because we are black our names couldn’t be Edward 😂🖕🏽so i politely said no it’s my fathers i come here all the time to get them food and use this card and was told i couldn’t use the card until i got my parents on the phone and they could confirm we could use the card they refused to let me purchase the food and she kept the card behind the bar the whole time then the bartender pretty much throws the food at us and slams down the card I was very disappointed in their service and don’t think they will get our service anymore very disgusted with this...

I had a coupon from a coupon book I bought from an elementary school child to help raise funds for their school. It had a coupon for the red onion. So I figured I'd try it. I called and placed my order. Buy one burger get one free. I was told it's dine in only. So. I went in. I was greeted with "you're the one that called on the phone.. this is dine in only.. You can't take any with you" can't take my left overs???!!!! Really?!! The owner is horribly rude. I asked how I could pay for food and then be told I can't have what I paid for. She said it was meant for two people. And it does not say ANYWHERE on the coupon it's dine in only. After asking my question she told me she will not honor the coupon since I was alone and that I should "go get your money back for that book". With 1 other person in the bar...you'd think she would want...

The reviews are accurate. I read them before heading there today and really wanted to give this place a chance. I was greeted by an older woman as I was trying to enter. I held the door for her being polite and she said in with a nasty attitude "no, go whatever way you are going ". So I decided to leave. Don't need to spend my money at a place that gives you an attitude before you walk in. I called in to tell them what happened and the woman who answered couldn't be bothered.
