Had a few problems: We ordered at the kiosk and it didn't print our receipt, no prob... We sat down they brought our food to the table. I was missing my drink cup, my daughter didn't get her sandwich and I got someone else fish sandwich (because mine wasn't supposed to have extra tartar ) plus is said a different order number on it. I tried to get a drink cup but they kept ignoring me. I tried to get their attention about the missing food. She then grab the wrong fish sandwich out of my hand and threw it away and started to walk away to help another customer. She said she couldn't remake my food without knowing what I had ordered. I was like "can't you see the order on your screen" but whatever I told her. I sat back down she brought my sandwiches out but mine was wrong again. I gave up and didn't eat it. Fyi, I managed fast food for 20 years so this was crazy...

I have not been to McDonalds for a while and was really surprised that it cost more than someplace like Chick-fil-A or Chipotle. Second, our fries were not ready so we had to pull over and they brought our food out. The issue is that they forgot 2 of the orders of fries so no had to walk back in. Inside, I found a long wait followed by a lady that told me I didn't order fries and she could barely read the receipt because their receipt printer doesn't print clearly. After some arm twisting and more waiting I got my fries and we hit the road. Final problem was that the food was not great. My quarter pounder bun was hard and crunchy. Son wouldn't eat his food. I have to say that I already hate McDonalds, but somehow this particular one managed to lower the bar...
Read morefood is usually pretty good, especially compared to the other mcdonald’s around, but the older lady manager is very mean! i go to this mcdonald’s once a week at least and i always get a dr pepper. today, it looked a little lighter color and tasted like sparkling water with a spit of dr pepper in it. when i brought this up to the girl helping me, she believed me and tried her best to help until the manager was called over and just gaslit me and her into thinking its normally like this. she said “it’s either going to be syrup or no syrup” and i know for sure you can run a soda machine on very little syrup because i used to work in a food establishment where i had to switch the bags out. i know customers aren’t always right but im literally a regular and she’s still refused...
