Lit Pizza — Restaurant in Brusly

12/21/2020, 6:00 pm: The only reason I did not give our delicious pizzas 5 stars is because the young woman that began waiting on us & checked us out was extremely unfriendly. We were not greeted by her, not spoken to when we kept stating that we had never ordered at LIT Pizza & she spoke in a voice so low that we continued to ask her to repeat herself. Another employee came over to assist us & asked if we wanted more toppings...she smiled at us, also. Upon check out, the unfriendly employee, did not help me when I asked about the gift card I was using & tips. Not one "Thank You" from this employee...She simply walked off after the transaction was completed. Nothing. I did end up giving the almost $3 left on the card for a tip, but only did it to add a bit to the jar for the other employees. I want to add that there was an employee, working at the drink machine, who greeted us immediately. The unfriendly employee appeared to be angry & was sitting in her car smoking when we left. I don't know if we will return as getting our pizza fixed was almost painful! Pizza with a side...

Placed an online order at 7:38 PM and received a confirmation that the order would be ready by 7:58 PM.

I arrived a few minutes prior to that time and the staff told me that they were working on the order and it would be ready shortly.

I watched as the staff made pizzas for people that were in the store and ordered AFTER I had checked in.

Almost 15 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready, I walked to the counter asked the staff if my order was ready and they said no. Based on that, I asked for a refund.

When the manager came to the register, I asked why were orders being completed for people that had placed their order AFTER I walked into the restaurant to pick up my order and she informed me that it’s their policy to prioritize customers that order in the store over those that order on-line.

So on-line customers take a back seat to in store customers. Doesn’t matter when your online order is placed, this restaurant will move you down the line until apparently no in store customer are present....

Seems this location is slipping a bit, or just no management. We got there at 11am right when they opened and the whole ingredient line was already a mess, mostly empty, ingredients scattered and mixed together. Not much training on how to make pizzas. Ain’t that hard. Very slow moving workers. Needed to-go boxes later on, none to be found. Asked for some and had to wait for 2 to be folded. When I asked for balsamic drizzle on my pizza, the bottle was empty and had to wait for a worker to refill. My gf wanted iced tea, none was made. I’ve worked a pizza restaurant before. So I know that this was a crew showing up for work in the morning, flipping lids open and thats it. No prep. Night crew also must have not done anything. Outside tables were very dirty too. Plenty of slow moving employees and only a handful of customers. Needs...
