Atmosphere: Although it can be somewhat tricky to get parking during peak hours because of how the drive thru is set up, upon entering, you are welcomed with an open concept dining establishment and very clean at that.
Service: Having all the registers being occupied, it made it easy for many to be accommodated. I had some questions about an item on the menu, and the cashier was extremely helpful to answer them. Upon receiving my food (Spicy Southwest Salad), I was asked if there was anything else as needed. Not too much longer, I was then asked if a refill was necessary, and once I finished my meal, the cashier asked if she could throw away my food for me. It's not the kind of service I expect at a fast food restaurant, but it was definitely appreciated.
Quality: This is the first time I ever got a salad at Chick-Fil-A, and the Spicy Southwest Salad did not disappoint. It had a really good flavor combination, and the portion for the spicy chicken was more than enough. The Avocado lime ranch dressing is something I've never tried and am safe to say it might be one of my favorites.

Read moreWe ordered via the app for dine in. Once our food was delivered to our table, we noticed the kid’s meal was missing the French fry. I waiting at the side counter, making eye contact with several employees to attempt to get their attention. After five minutes of waiting and no attempt made by an employee and two managers behind the counter, I got in the order line. The young man working the register was the only helpful person working and I finally got my child’s fries. Before leaving, we wanted a refill of our drink. Again, i waited at the side counter with many passes made by employees and no acknowledgment that I was wanting something. I got back into the order line and was taken care of.

Read moreMy coworkers and I are frequent visitors of this Chick-fil-A. We were all very excited to have a Chick-fil-A close to work. We go at least twice or three times a week and without fail they always miss something. Originally we would all write down our orders and one person would go and order, but we consistently were missing a sandwich here some fries there. So we decided to skip the middle man and mobile order. Still missing items. Offten times they completly loose our mobile order and we have to re order there on the spot. At first we had hoped it was just growing pains of a new branch and kept giving them chances. But when we would have to take time out of our work day to go back and fix things it's probably time we switch to a different fast...
