Panda Express — Restaurant in Bryan

Smh I haven't visited panda express in months do to always getting half cooked noodles everytime I visit Panda Express. So today i go visit ask for sweet an fire chicken an broccoli an beef of course there was no sweet an fire chicken so I was willing to wait the 6minutes i look at the broccoli an beef an notice its just gravy an broccoli so i politely ask if i could get some with beef. Luisa got a attitude walked to the cook an whispered like i can't read lips. So the cooked repeated what luisa said an looked up at me I got steamed an walked out because if I'm going to spend 8dollars i want the quality i deserve an it shouldn't be a problem with my food being cooked to my quality. I will continue to tell others about the poor service i continue to receive. I will not revisit that location. If luisa don't like her assistant manager job then maybe she should find her another job.. Customer service should be they main priority. I will be contacting someone over come...

I just went through the drive thru at approximately 4:30 pm I am not a regular fast food visitor but I am a FOODIE. This place was horrible. I decided on a bowl because I was not sure how it would be. I ordered the beef bowl, I wanted a spring roll because it wasn’t fried and the lady said it came with 2 egg rolls and before it got all discombobulated I said fine just give me that. The story is….. it was in edible, the meat was like freeze dried it was so over cooked probably from 11:00 am my 7.50 drive thru cost me 11.25 they didn’t give me my spring roll but they charged me for it TWICE. This is precisely why I make my own stuff. It’s good to test your own immune system once in awhile. Worst food...

Literally just went threw the drive threw. Ordered what I normally do. Got to the window asked what sauce, said soy. Checked my bag seen a pack of soy but not the Teriyaki Sauce that suppose to come with the Teryaki Chicken, with out the sauce it’s literally just grilled chicken. Walked back up to the window and said let them know. Her reply was you didn’t ask for it, I replied it literally says Teryaki Chicken. Now I’m back home all the way out by Bryan Lake and check my bag they gave me 1 soy and 3 Chili Sauce. Literally didn’t ask for Chili Sauce. They also didn’t give me much Teryaki Chicken slices... I will now have to be driving all the way across Bryan to the other one from...
