Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bryan

To say, I am disappointed with my experience, is an understatement. This was my first time even dealing with any Pizza Hut location in 10 years and this store quickly reminded me of why I stopped eating from Pizza Hut and switched over to Domino’s.

Their food was mid at best. The best thing was their pizza, but their slices were disproportionate and their new snack meal deal flats are so basic and definitely don’t look like the pictures.

And now don’t even get me started about the boneless wings. I ordered the flat 6.99 deal with buffalo wings and my wings looked like they just had hot sauce poured on top…with no real effort into the coating process.

Oh and please don’t get me started about the cinnamon sticks…I ordered two things of icing for one. The regular icing. Not only did they not give me both icings…the one they did give me barely had any icing inside the cup.

The whole order was deplorable and quite honestly made me want a complete refund.

Then I called them and told them they messed up and they resent me the completely messed up items. But then they messed that up as well.

They sent me better wings, but the icing they sent was not the correct icing. They sent me cream cheese icing.

Let’s just say, they reminded me why I don’t like them and will never order from them again.

And I still want my refund.

Let’s Add to there disrespect. A rep from their team told me to reach out and send me my order details so we can rectify this matter, but it’s been over a week since I reached out and still no response. Yea I’d say visit another location because...

FOOD POISONING: Got pizza last night. (1 pepperoni stuffed crust and 1 pepperoni jalapeño stuffed crust) They gave me food poisoning. 15 minutes after eating just one slice I started feel nauseous. Then it was time for me to leave and hopped in my car, not even 20 minutes into my 2 hour drive I tell my fiancé to pull over because I’ll be throwing up soon. Sure enough as soon as I stepped foot outside the car I threw up on the side of the highway. We stopped at a rest stop shortly after and I threw up once again in the bathroom and so did my fiancé. Texted my MIL to check up on her and she reported that her and my fiancés step brothers also got sick. Woke up this morning and threw up for 30 minutes straight. 24 hours later and I have been throwing up non stop and cannot hold down food. My fiancé also felt nauseous from the pizza and like I said he threw up as well but I guess I have a weaker stomach he was able to go to work today, but I haven’t been able to separate for more than 15 minutes from a bathroom. If I could give it less than a star I would!! I recently ordered from here and I was overcharged, then when I tried to speak to someone about the incident I was given the run around.. They kept hanging up in my face (TINA) is whom I spoke to and she was very rude, she kept speaking over me, she keeps hanging the phone up on me, she wouldn’t provide me with any number to speak to a manager or the 1-800 number. The food was old and cold, I had hair in my wings they were also undercooked, the breadsticks were hard, the cinnamon sticks were burnt, the pizza was TERRIBLE there was more tomato sauce than there was bread. For this Establishment to fairly new the service and food is terrible.. I will never order from any Pizza Hut again. And I will make sure I inform everyone I know to not order from Pizza Hut again. I will also be reporting this incident to multiple organizations regarding this place.. I’m shamed to have spent...
