I got there about 8 minutes before breakfast was over and got to window and said I wanted a salty caramel frosty and I wanted the sausage and cheese biscuit well by the time the girl told me that first she said there was no sausage and then I said I wanted bacon and then she said there was no bacon and then I said I wanted sausage and gravy then she said there was no sausage and gravy and by the time she got done telling me that there was nothing there then this other woman comes on the mic and goes breakfast is over and yelled through the mic at me and I said no it’s not it’s 1029 and she says no it’s 1030 but by the time I had started the order it was a good 510 minutes before so they should’ve gave me breakfast. They were rude and so then me and my husband and kids just left and I think that this store is the rudest store that I’ve been to in years and I mean I was the only one in line and so would it have hurt them to throw sausage on the grill and give me a sausage and cheese biscuit I mean, don’t you need the money? Charged 90 cents for the free junior Frosty that's supposed to be free with the 'Boo' coupon (Adoption promo). On another occasion I paid full price for both items even though the coupon said: "Buy one get the 2nd for $1.00." Watch out because they don't always honor coupons. Next, they don't fill their containers. They fill the chili cups to just within an inch and 3/4 from the top so that your paying the price for a large chili though the equivalent is really that of a small chili. Fries??? They are often greasy, stiff and temperatures are warm vs fresh, piping hot water and crispy. It's typically the same big guy. Good employees who are conscientious, who take pride in what they do, who understand and who adhere to practicing honor and integrity..... are just few and far between. I do not believe that this stores' core values place much emphasis on the concept of customer service...or why they have a job. Service. My take on most of the employees that I have interacted with at this location seem to have more emphasis on laughing and joking around than doing the job at hand. Numerous times at this location within the recent past, I have experienced a laissez-faire attitude by most of the employees. Tonight, 20 minutes after I ordered online was I told that french fries were just being dropped. When I explained that their delay was going to impact getting to work on time, I could hear through the open drive-though window the employees joking that "at least my fries were hot".... Once I did get my food, there was so much ketchup that the bun was semi-soaked...what didn't fall down the front of my shirt. Thanks. I will reconsider this Wendy's location, especially limited time...
