Burks Brothers Brewery & Taproom — Restaurant in Bryant

First thing I would like to point out is this place is not a brewery. Yes they have house beers but most of the choices are other beers. For me, this is more of a sports bar with pool tables and dart boards. Nothing wrong with that at all but the brewery title had me confused. They don’t serve food, at least I didn’t see any. The gal who was bartender was fantastic! Super nice and helpful! I felt bad for her because everything we asked for, they were out of. I was able to try one of the house beers and it was ok. My wife is not a big beer person so she asked for a margarita but they were out of mix. She ended up having the box wine they had on hand. Overall, I would say that if you want to hang out with friends and play pool, this place is for you. If you’re a beer person looking to check out local breweries, this may not be the place. This is a nice place if you’re looking for more of a bar atmosphere, a little roudy, a full bar setup, about 6 taps of beer, 3-4 which are made by Burks Brothers, but they also carry bottled well known beers. It was loud with a lot of people having a great time. There’s a nice pool table, darts, and the ring game, plus chess and card games. However, if you’re expecting a chill, craft brewery with lots of their own beer and tasters as well as glass pints like in the photos that is not what you’re going to get. I think it would be wise to update the main photos to more of what the experience is like now, not 3 years ago when it was more of a craft brewery with tasters and nice glasses with your awesome logo on it and lots of taps. Again it wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting based on name and main photos. Thanks so much for the beer! Only giving 3 stars because I felt a little mislead...

The bartender was great! The atmosphere was great besides the manager said she was the manager when asking the man to play a certain music when he (by choice) was playing throw that ass from the back. Her friend came pulling the music list away saying here you go. The manager apologized, how ever the atmosphere changed her Demeanor Didn’t match up for apologizing for her friend. My husband comes here every Wednesday night to play Bagos. And I unfortunately think he can put OUR $$$ into other businesses that offer Bagos. He can miss these nights, we pay and tip well. Heck we buy beer for the players. So LOST TOO PERSONAL REASONS WHICH UNFORTUNATELY COST YOUR BUISNESS. I managed a store my self and bartended for 10 plus years. No bf’s allowed where I worked.
