They charged my card twice. I called and ask for manager to have it corrected, went thru the explanation and determined I was not speaking to a Manager as I had ask for. I again ask to speak to a Manager, a lady named Beverly answered, never said her name or title, I had to ask if she was the Manager, she said that's me, I had to ask for her name (very un-professional). She started with a spill I have to bring copy of receipt, my copy of my bank statement and my bank card with ID. I stated I should not have to do all this to get a credit. I ask if I could call someone else to get this done, again she said I had to do all these things to get credit. I told her that I would not do all this, that I would not come back there again. She then decided to give me a phone number to get it done since I was upset by the way she was handling the issue. I called the number, they will call within 48 hrs. to get it done, I thanked them and it was over in 5 minutes. I then received a call from some man at the Bryant Sonic that said the number she gave me could not get the problem handled, I informed him they just did. But he ask for the date, time and number from the receipt to be sure it was handled. This is what Beverly should have done from the start and the Bryant Sonic would not have lost a customer and would not have gotten a bad...
Read moreUPDATE: I quickly received a reply from the management and they refunded my purchase. That is what will keep me as a customer that they righted a wrong.
I know places aren't going to be perfect all the time and I had experience working in fast food myself so I understand how one night can be so different by a different crew. So the fact that the manager righted the mistake makes a big impression in a positive way to me!
Original post: The carhop was apparently not happy to be working after 9 pm and her sarcastic tone showed as she handed me the bag and drink and took off before I could even say thank you. I'm glad I didn't have any questions.
And the food was very disappointing tonight. The onion rings tasted like they were fried in old grease and were basically inedible. My wife usually loves their burger but she ate two bites trying to enjoy it and said she couldn't as it tasted terrible. I tried a bite and I agreed, it was definitely not the normal Sonic burger taste. We feel completely ripped off tonight from the Sonic on Reynolds Road in Bryant. We got a combo of bad service...
Read moreThis location is too small to meet the demand of the growing city it is located in. It needs to be twice the size and have twice as many ordering stalls to catch up with the demand of the city. It's almost always packed and many keep driving because there isn't an available spot. The service is either hit or miss as well of the attitudes of the employees. Bonnie is one of my favorite Car Hops though, she always has a big smile and is very nice! She is also great at anticipating the needs of the customer and always has extra sauces on her tray so she doesn't make the customer wait (even if it is our fault we forget to mention we wanted a particular sauce). I have had to ask for sauce that wasn't placed in my bag and have had several employees on multiple different occasions just never bring the sauce back out to me, even during their slow hours. If every Car Hop could be like Bonnie, this location's service...
