Mi Ranchito — Restaurant in Bryant

Stopped on our way back to Austin, tx from Chicago. Food and service was horrible! Wish i could give a negative 5. I ordered charro beans and they brought me pinto beans. Told the waiter and he seemed upset at us. He said well we don't have any other type of beans so you don't have to eat them if you don't want to. I ordered flour tortillas and we got corn. Again told the waiter and he brings me a foil with two cold flour tortillas. The foil was dirty like he dropped it in something. The guac was not fresh. My husband ordered a piece of carne asada with enchiladas and he got two cold enchiladas with hot meat on the side that was super tough. Again told the waiter if he could warm up the enchiladas and he shook his head and walked off. 10 minutes later and he still had not come back. He was on the other side of the restaurant ignoring us. Kids ate half of their taquitos and queso before we just got up and went the register to pay for half an order of taquitos and queso. The waiter comes running up and tells the cashier something and the cashier tells us we don't have to pay so we left. If only he ran to make sure our food was right the first time. Horrible service. very prejudice. I came here with the friend of mine to dine in, keep in mind we are both young & black and were the only black people there and we were treated with bad service, and we were ignoring most of the time and many times I was asking of my server, simple questions about the menu, and he will roll his eyes and walked away. after we finished our food we gave our server, raul our cards and asked where the restroom was and we went mind you our server had ran our cards and we packed our food and drinks up on the table and went to the restroom. when we came back our food and drinks were nowhere to be found when we asked where our food was they shrugged, laughed, and pointed to the trash. not even receiving an apology. we left and came back not even 5 minutes later asking for our drinks at the least reasonably because we paid $16 and $23 dollars. and they told us wait a minute and walked away and he says to his coworker “grande pinche negra” i came back with my mom and he refused to give us and refund and asking where my recciept was after i visibly put it on the counter and after a few minutes of going back-and-forth with my mother, he smacked $10 on the counter and told us to...

I ordered a chimichanga with extra guacamole and lemons or limes whichever they had. I paid for those things. I did not get those things. I got a chimichanga with barely a tablespoon full of soupy beans and a little tiny dab of brown guacamole, and old wilted Pico de gallo. The guac doesn't look very Brown in the picture but it was brown. I should say it was a dark brown green. They didn't even give me napkins or any utensils. I didn't get extra guacamole, I barely got any. Everybody looked like they hated their lives. The vibe in there was off. Oh I got a whole bunch of rice. I didn't get lemons or limes. $16.75. I'm sorry but this is one of the worst Mexican restaurants I've ever been to. It's kind of hard to mess up rice and beans. No drink. I can't say anything good other than the guy who waited on me was kind of polite. The interior is very nice looking. I guess that's what I can say good about it. That's where it ends. The guy at the hotel recommended Tamolly's. I'm not a big fan of Tex-Mex but I regret not...
