Delicious, quick, unique food-truck set in the beauty of the Pennyack rail-trail. The quality and care put into each dish would be enough coupled with the friendly staff and the dedicated owners would be enough for me to rate this place 5 stars. But if you know Rod Hee, the Brazilian transplant that owns and operates this food truck you know you are getting more than an amazing sandwich... You are supporting all the charitable efforts that Rod contributes to. Including helping local charities and causes, in addition to supporting the under-privledged from his Brazilian homeland.
Oh I almost forgot to mention... When I was diagnosed with cancer, Rod told me and my family we could eat there anytime we wanted... On the house.

I'm deeply saddened by the nasty one star review left from last night. I have worked at food service jobs for over 10 years now and Rod is by far the best employer I've had. I can assure you, I get paid very well. This is not my only job and I wouldn't be working here for two years now if I wasn't treated well or didn't get paid enough. I have so much respect for Rod and all oh his hard work and dedication to the community. To say something so mean and untrue in such a difficult time, when you see so many businesses being shut down, is pure evil. I really hope the person who wrote her nasty comment sees my review, unfortunately Google isn't letting me respond to her. The Fam & I love this place... They are right by a trail... It's essentially a food truck with outdoor seating. Location is very nice, I'm sure it's very pretty around 🍂Fall. It's minutes from my parent's house so it's an easy drive. We always order the Brazilian Sandwiches. We L❤VE them! Some of us prefer the Steak, some prefer the chicken. I have tasted both and I think they are equally yummy. Today I decided to try out the Sausage Panini and it didn't disappoint, very good as well 👌.
