Been here twice and had a bad an experience both times with the same waitress.
Tonight my parents, myself, my 2yo son and husband went out for my husbands birthday, not expecting spectacular birthday service, just wanting someone else to make dinner for us.
We arrived around 6:15pm and we were the ONLY guests there. We ordered soups and a salad while we waited 10 minutes for my dad to arrive before ordering main dishes. Our soups arrived cold, obviously it had been refrigerated and was not heated long enough. No big deal, but had to be sent back to reheat. Dad arrived and ordered pizza and the rest of us ordered wings. About 10-15 minutes into our wait several tables filled up and the place was busy. About 20 minutes go by. Dad’s pizza was served first. And the rest of us waited. Dad was able to eat half a pizza and we still had no wings. The table behind us was served pizza. The table next them was served pizza. The table next to us was served phillys. Still no wings. Dad boxed up his pizza and walked it out to his truck. Still no wings. Finally right before we were about to walk out our waitress delivers 3 baskets of wings. They are ALL cold and there was a missing side. When our waitress comes back to check on us my husband asks for a box and tells her that his food is cold and that it was cold the last time we dined there. She gets defensive and says “she can’t help that because she wasn’t there last time” but SHE WAS. He said, “yes, you served us” and she replied “I don’t remember you, when was this?” Like that matters? But to be clear it was about a month ago. The part that boils me though is that she then tried to gas light us, saying that the reason for the delayed wings is because the restaurant was busy. EXCEPT WE WERE THERE FIRST.. IN AN EMPTY RESTAURANT.. AND WE ORDERED A MINIMUM OF 10 MINUTES BEFORE ANYONE ELSE ARRIVED. It’s obvious that our food was cooked and then forgotten about until COLD. Whether that’s the kitchens fault or the waitresses I don’t know but to be lied to and gas lit into believing it’s because of the amount of guests is beyond me. Also, no apology to top it all off. She never returned to our table after that. we paid in full and did not ask for a discount
Our first experience was similar but only 2 meals were cold. We had the same group plus another couple and another baby. There was one table finishing up their meal when we arrived and one guy at the bar, but I couldn’t tell if he was a patron or a friend just hanging out. I never saw him eat. We were seated and THE SAME waitress greets us. She very emphatically makes it known that it was her day off and that she was not supposed be there. She rolled her eyes and grumbled at having to be there and uncomfortably joked that she will do her best to take care of us “even though it’s her day off”. She mentioned it several times. Because this was a month or so ago I don’t remember all the details about this evening but I do remember a LONG WAIT, blaming the kitchen, blaming being understaffed and that there was COLD FOOD. I do remember an apology and an offer to microwave the cold food. But no other accommodations were made also paid in full, no discount
If this was just about cold food or a long wait or one time with a not so polite waitress there is NO WAY I would write a bad review but this is ALL of those things, TWICE IN A ROW.
I won’t be returning but I’m hoping management is willing to look inward, find the issues and correct them for future...
Read moreSince I feel the quality of the food is key, going with 4 stars instead of 3. The pizza and the lemon pepper wings were very fresh and tasty. The wings were a good size and nice and crispy.
This was our first order, started by calling in around 1:10pm and getting put on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. When I arrived to place the order in person at the drive through, after a 3 minute wait, I was asked if I was picking up and I politely explained that I would have been, but was put on hold and disconnected when I tried to call in. Both the staff who greeted me at the window were pleasant and friendly.
After taking my order, I was told it would be about 20 minutes. So I set a timer, went and parked for 20 minutes and returned to the drive through where I had to wait another 4 minutes for someone to show up at the window.
As for the order itself, all was good other than I asked for extra celery and received a handful of carrot sticks.

Read moreFood was not good this time. Used to be real good when first opened when they were only using the kitchen side. Now Under cooked, hardly any pizza sauce if any, chicken on pizza can not be the same as before, nasty. Crust was doughy with ton load of flower underneath. Pick up the pizza, and flower just fell all over your shirt. Pickles over salty. Like I said used to be really good. Dont get much on fries or fried pickles for what you pay for them. Needless to say We did not eat our food. Not the same quality it was before and they have not been open that long, hmm!
