Dollar General — Local services in Buchanan

Me and my so just left this store. Madison was a delight, digital coupons were not working at all and she was so polite to us and patient. There were a lot of people in line waiting on us to get done and she didn’t rush us at all. Corporate really needs to fix the digital coupons. A lot of people do the Saturday deals and the coupons are not working like app says. Tabby was also a delight very patient and kind. We need more people like this on the world today. Horrible customer service. I went there today to do a return. I was asked to move to another register which allowed the customers behind me to be taken care of first. Then when I got to next the register I had to wait on her I ring up another customer that was also behind me in line. When the manager got to the register she sighed “oh my god.” Never said hello or greeted me in anyway. She asked me to swipe my card and right as my card met the machine she asked me to slide it out of impatience. Absolutely horrible...

Always busy stuff everywhere but I guess there are so many customers that they don't have time to put items on shelf. Always busy need more parking spaces. Glad to see one in Buchanan.
