Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Buchanan

People forget so quickly how much the little things matter. During my visit, I saw the delivery man had to take multiple trips to get all the pizzas out to his car. They were quite busy due to the storm, being a weekend, and March madness. I was going to be waiting in line for my carryout another 5 minutes anyway, so I brought out the rest of his pizzas for him. The lady at the counter noticed and gave me a couple bucks off my order...but not knowing I was leaving a little tip, so she continued with saying grab a 20 Oz too as a way of saying thank you. I have had some challenging days in my life. I have not always made the right choices. Doing the right thing in the midst of so many selfish people who don't know how to look past themselves and their own desires isn't often noticed. But that exchange of respect and kindness between the lady at the counter meant more to me than I would have logically explained to her upon leaving. I hope she reads this so she knows.

And I hope whoever you are reading it you may give it some thought. Even the smallest acts of kindness go a long way out here. There are good people in the mix trying to do the right thing. We can find each other and together have just as much effect as the cruel ones. Hurt people don't have to continue the cycle. We can grow and do better. I believe in smaller towns and their ability to accomplish such an undertaking. Buchanan can be one of those places. There are signs of that if you choose to look rather than listen to what the news tells you our world is like.

Now that I have said that, the pizza and products have also been consistent taste and quality of their brand. No, it is not a brick-oven pizza from a restaurant. But their product and value go a long way when in the right mood. Along with their solid work crew, they have never failed to satisfy my hunger for a Pizza Hut pizza. Even their 2 liters are $2 when you can't get one at a grocery store or gas station for under $3.49 these days without being...

I have put this rating on Tuesday but see it is gone so let's try again. I do not think this even deserves one star. Not because the food isn't good but because the service is horrible and you get to pay for what you don't get. 11 went of us went Monday the 31st for a birthday celebration. We were the only ones there. The managed to screw up the first pizza and then served meatballs with the spaghetti that were harder then a golf ball. The waitress instead of just taking the price of the meatballs off the ticket and the pizza they wanted to make more. But they never brought it. As we are leaving she hands us the food they tried to make right. Well we received another spaghetti but still no meatballs that we paid for. Why would we need another spaghetti we already ate. I normally deal with this really nice guy but today when I went in this girl was here dark hair and a ponytail and had earbuds in her ear and was super rude and snotty she literally was like what are you waiting for it’s going to be 5 10 mins I said that’s fine I can wait she like well take a seat like I made her whole day the worst then she treats the next guy so well idk what I said or did but I don’t deserve to be treated like that I shop here very often and just thought everyone should know.
