The woman behind the drive through window needs to not work in customer service. I hand her my phone to scan a coupon I got from the rewards app. She scans it and instead of saying "hey you may have clicked the wrong one this doesn't apply to anything you bought" (because I have the rewards app and 3 or 4 coupons) she just holds my phone until she hands us the drinks. Says "yah coupon wasn't valid" and hands me my phone back. I go to adjust and bring up the right one and she says too late I already charged you. She didn't even go into the reward screen (clickable from the coupon screen) to scan them. Just processed the payment. Didn't even ask if I wanted to fix it before she charged my card. No conversation was had and when I attempted to say that wasn't right she got attitude with me and insisted "oh well I charged you already" now I don't get any points for the 30 bucks I just spent and she could have just asked before. It's 8:45 am The line wasn't long enough and store wasn't nearly busy enough to warrant this level of disrespect. Never coming back to...
Read moreThe guy who was working the morning of 8/20/23 at around 11 am was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. He then said they should put up a sign that says “don’t take orders before it’s ready” under his breath passive aggressively. We explained to him that the TV above said our order numbers were ready and that the servers literally HANDED US the food and drinks. He said that they don’t control the sign and it wasn’t accurate, but how are we supposed to know that?? This guy needs some serious customer service training, or maybe a job that doesn’t require talking face to face with customers since he clearly doesn’t know how to be kind...

Every time I come here, around 11am to noon, they are almost out of any decent donut. Today I asked for 3 Boston cremes and 3 Bavarians, and the gentleman on the drive thru said as it's Sunday we didn't get many filled donuts in because of church. Whatever that means. The Boston kremes were the shape of hearts and tiny. Three bites literally. DD's used to be the best donuts before. Since their acquisition it seems they just want to make more profit by reducing variety, quality and reducing the size of their products while...
