This place deserves 5 stars. I agree that they can get very busy and crowded.. but its HELPFUL NICE Staff, wide selection and late hours makes it all worth it to drive here for your boba (or shaved ice, desserts, all the good stuff!). Last week, I lost our debit card on our way there and they helped right away to search for it...once checked and found nothing: got our contact info in case something shows up. The Asian girl at the counter was genuinely friendly; she's the one who personally helped me and asked her colleagues. Very fortunately indeed, we found our card after that visit that apparently just fell out of me before getting to the store..I've let them know this on my comeback visit tonight and saw the girl and we're just both thankful that it's found! They are empathetic and really good people. I also like one of the shift leads that made up for that night when they unexpectedly lost boba after we placed the order. THIS IS THE PLACE ONE WOULD WANT TO COME BACK TO, again and again. Personally we never had to wait super long for our drinks, so maybe those were extraordinary busy times what the other reviewers wrote...In any case, what counts is the Service, Authenticity and Smiles of its staff helping you with their wonderful drinks (boba is perfectly chewy, yummiee) -this, my friend, is priceless. Thank...
Read moreLocation: Boba Time is conveniently situated behind the 76 gas station at the intersection of Malvern and Beach Blvd, within Los Coyotes Plaza.
Service: The service here is impressively fast. We always choose mobile pick-up via their app and our drinks are typically ready even before the estimated time.
Ambiance: The atmosphere can get busy in the evenings, but the seating area remains clean and offers ample space for customers.
Parking: There's plenty of parking available, even during peak hours.
Shaved Ice: We tried the Injeolmi shaved ice, which is in my opinion underrated. The ice is so thin that it melts as soon as it touches your mouth. The Injeolmi powder is sweet and has a peanut butter like taste layered with sweetened condensed milk, red bean paste, and Injeolmi mochi pieces.
Drinks: My personal favorite is the Taro Coconut; it's simply the best in my opinion. The taro smoothie paired with coconut pudding is a delightful treat.
We love this particular Boba Time for its unique offerings that you won't find at other locations. From Taiyakis to acai bowls, snow shaved ice, coffee, smoothies, and slushies, they truly have it all. I appreciate how they prepare each item with care and keep the...

The first thing I gotta say is that it is a very unique shop. Their menu’s that are on the TV’s are animated with different holiday themes on it!? This was the most noticeable thing when you enter the shop.
My favorite drink is the Thai Tea with extra boba. I have to say that the Thai Teas taste different every time there is a different worker. I once had a really slimy thai tea before, definitely not a fan of that.
My only 1 complaint is that the when you make a grubhub delivery or any delivery, when the driver comes late, they put it in the fridge. This causes the boba to become hard and it just don’t taste good. Also not a fan of that.
This was my review to Boba Time, still a 5 because it is just my favorite shop. Definitely...
