Big John Steak & Onion — Restaurant in Buena Vista Charter Township

My family loves Big John's but NOT this location. Our order was all wrong (banana peppers instead of green peppers and the Chicken Philly was so drenched in Italian dressing that the sandwich paper was soggy before I even opened it. They forgot our pop and then seemed mad that I asked for it.) My husband initially brought back my steak and cheese before realizing the others weren't right either. There was another customer waiting that had the same issue and was waiting on his food to be remade. They remade mine and it was perfect! But the employees gave him such an attitude about it when he came back to the car and realized the rest was wrong, we just gave up. $33 wasted. Went to Subway next door to get my son something edible and the employees were so sweet, apologized for the wait even though there wasn't any, and the food was great. I'll think I'll find other locations or businesses to support from now on. If you don't like your job, quit. Don't ruin the company/ location because of your attitude. If you would have just made it right the first time and listened to your customer, you'd be much more successful! If you mess up, just...

Want to say food is always great but the employees are horrible...I went there last night 3-22-2017 it was 10:30 pm I drove all the way there from court st. Just to get a sub and when I got there it looked like they screwed up the order in front of me so I waited patiently for them to take my order I seen all 3 workers look out at my car as they were fixing the order they obviously screwed up. When that car pulled away they all went in the back like they didn't know I was there. So no it's 10:50 I pull up to the window and watch them all look at me and run in the back....The girl had her street clothes on and keep ingoiring me so I started video taping them....I watched early h of them grabbing bags of food and cookies and pop..... Then when they realized I was video taping the girl came to the window and said we are closed meanwhile it still wasn't 11pm.....I see why everyone says they won't go here again...

I love getting big John’s but today will be the last time I ever go to this location as unfortunately it is the closest location to me other than driving down to flint. I ordered my normal which is a whole BBQ Cheeseburger add mushrooms. I got home and when I opened my sandwich it was completely wrong. There was absolutely no BBQ sauce on my BBQ cheeseburger. And it also normally comes with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and Italian dressing. I always ask for no tomato because I don’t like them on my sandwich but there was no mayo and no Italian dressing. The sandwich was completely dry. This was my second chance at trying this location but never again after today, I will drive down to flint so I know my order will...
