Subway — Restaurant in Buena Vista Charter Township

Just left subway and I'm so confused! The sign on building said it was open and there was a note on door saying drive thru only! As I was getting back in my car to go thru drive thru a man pulled up asking if they were open because he just went thru drive thru and didn't get any response. I looked thru the window and saw a older woman with a headset on. She didn't even look at me but she ended up shutting off the open sign that was on! I called there right after and no answer! So on the door it says they are open drive thru only until 8pm and website says open until 8! So why was there a worker there and she turned the open sign off?...
