McDonald's — Restaurant in Buena Vista Charter Township

While traveling pop into this location for a second time, same bad service. 1st trip orange juice was watered down! This trip my order, total to high for a buy one get one for a $1. Tried resolving at speaker, but was cut off total is $6. And some change, ehat?. I pulled forward and I said hello, no recipication of my greeting....I said my order kinda high for 2 items and a cup of water? She replies, yeah bcuz you got an egg McMuffin also. No you took my order ma'am, I replied, lol Then she says, and its not gonna let you have a sausage biscuit with cheese and get the hash brown for a $1. Oh my what tricks your employees play with customers while still failing at customer service. The employee acted as if I had taken my own order and got it wrong. Oddly the receipt is correct and I still received the wrong item. LoL I got and egg McMuffin and No Hashbrown

Last time stopping on...

This McDonald’s is Terrible! They was sooooo ghetto! Girl hands me cold fries tonight so I give them back 15 seconds later she re drops some more fries, bag them, and hands it to me while laughing with another worker not saying sorry or thank you, not nothing!!! I work at a McDonald’s and I know how re dropped fries look and taste. I let it go because I knew I would end up just getting a refund instead of quality fries and my kids really wanted the fries. I get home and look at the burger and the meat was very wide something I only see when the meat was cooked on the wrong setting! They served me meat that was not cooked properly, as a McDonald’s grill cook I clearly seen that and have videos and pics ! I did not call because I didn’t want any more food from that place! I now don’t even want...

We waited for 5 mins before they took our order they did not have good customer service. No "Hi how can I help you." Nothing! They also forgot our small fries. They do not wear hairnets and have long hair down they back and not in a bun. Later, as we sat and eat they got another lady's order wrong and tried to argue whether they were right or wrong. Customer service is important. Once they fixed the order they didn't want to give they lady her food and made the food server hand it to her. and as the customer left they started talking about the lady apprentice and cussing with nasty attitudes while there were 4 other customer sitting and eating in their lobby. Completely unprofessional....
