Burger King — Restaurant in Buena Vista

I usually just pass this place by due to past experiences. Should have stuck to it this time too. Will say that the drive thru was actually open this time and was one of the fastest visits ive ever had here, however, order was not correct as usual. Sat at the window presenting my card to the employee( who was just staring off into space and totally surprised when he noticed me) to pay for a good 90 seconds. Like i said, food came the fastest it ever has here... But was not the hottest or freshest. Get home to discover the order was not made correctly and was even not given a part of the order that I paid for. I could have gone back to get it right but by the time it would take to drive there to get it fixed and drive back home to eat i would have pretty paid twice anyway. This place has always been like this for as long as I can remember. Save your money when it comes to this one... Your just paying...

This is about the Burger King in Buena Vista Virginia. I live in the neighboring town of Glasgow. On 5/10 I drove to BK and arrived a little before 8pm. They were closed. MY THIRD TIME. I could see staff inside. The supposed manager was sitting outside on his phone. He said they ran out of burgers? Okay so you don't have any fries or chicken or onion rings. It is inconvenient to drive all the way there to find out they're closed. The second and third time I did call each time and no one ever answered the phone. Each time I ended up driving to Lexington to get my Burger King. Moving forward I just won't even bother going there very...

If i could give this place negitive stars i would. I live in town and theres not much to choose from here. Everytime we go there they always get our order wrong, have a long wait time, or 4 or 5 cars in drive thru waiting on the car infront to get there food ( they dont believe in pulling people so other peoples food dont get cold). They cant take orders while someones at the window for some odd reason. Tonight we waited 20+ mins on our food at the window. Never received our drinks while waiting and there was nobody inside that ordered so just drove off. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else this...
