I needed to bring in a dozen donuts for a party at work, and had seen a promotion online for a dozen donuts at $7.99. Because my printer at home is broken, I called this exact location at their direct number at 7:30 PM to ask if I needed to print the coupon to get the deal, and was told very explicitly that I did not need to print it and they could grant the discount in store. Well I show up the next morning, order the donuts, and ask for the deal, and I am told that I cannot get the discount without a printed coupon!! After some arguing, I'm told maybe the best he can do for me is a dollar off, all the while being quite rude and laughing at me. I pull out my phone to prove that I called his store, and he still wouldn't honor the discount. If I didn't leave then and there I was going to be late to work, so I said screw it and asked for the donuts at regular price but said that I would leave a bad review online. Well now all of a sudden, with the threat of a bad review, he was suddenly able to honor the discount. This honestly made me even more angry because he could have done it all along, but he chose to argue with me instead for almost 10 minutes! And even after honoring the discount, he was still rude! He told me that in the future, if I want accurate information, I should call the store in the morning and not the evening.... I'm sorry - what?! You want all your customers to call you in the morning? May as well not even be open with the phones on past 2:00....And way to blame the customer for your own mistakes.
Normally, I go to the Dunkin on Weiland, which is closer to me, but this one was on my way to work. Next time, I'll just go a little out of my way to use the Weiland Dunkin because they are much...

I made an order via the app for a large iced latte. It costs approx. $4.50 I ordered on the app, so someone else could pick it up. They arrived with a sweetened drink make with skim milk. I order this drink at least weekly. I've never gotten an incorrect order via the app before. I did NOT add sugar and I specifically ordered with whole milk. When I called the store to tell them the error, the employee was rude. She told me to bring my drink back so she could see it.
I emailed Dunkin'. I Received a response a few days later that they would notify the store owner. 3 or so weeks later, I received an apology from the store owner? Still no refund. I am out $4.50 for a drink that I threw in the garbage. If you cannot order a specific drink from their app, what good is it?
I will stick to Starbucks. They would never treat customers so rudely and would never charge me for a drink thrown in...
Read moreEasily the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. Way, way, way worse than the one just a bit further up McHenry.
Staff was rude, acted like they didn't know what was in my order, were incapable of finding my order by my name OR their app order #. I thought the whole point of ordering ahead on the app was to save time and make everything easier? I swear every time I wind up talking to MORE people and waiting longer than if I just walked in an ordered.
When I finally got home with everything and opened it up it was bad. The bagel sandwich I got had a soggy, untoasted bagel that was all smashed. The sausage patty was pale grey and slimy, and the cheese was all over the wrapper. The coffee tasted burned.
On top of all that, the lot this thing is in sucks to get into and navigate, especially compared to the McDonalds right across the intersection which as a way better...
