Rosati's Pizza — Restaurant in Buffalo Grove

Pizza was delicious. Was delivered ahead of time. However, a few things not so right: I’m thinking whoever cut the pizza, it was their first time because the lines were all over the place. The squares were not even squares. 2nd: I wanted the cinnamon sticks, they were out of icing. They are $5.99. I asked the young man if I could use my “free breadsticks with order” coupon for this, he asked someone and got an ok. I was still charged for breadsticks and cinnamon sticks and the coupon gave me free breadsticks. I got both kind of breadsticks in my order… I didn’t need all that food.

5/23/24 - new order review- pizza was delivered on time and hot. Ordered Canadian bacon and pineapple. Very very skimpy on the toppings. Disappointed. Yet the pizza was still delicious, cheesy and sauce is fantastic. I will continue to order from you! But I’ll just have to remind you to be a bit more generous on the toppings

3/2/25- way to much cheese- I know, most people love the extra cheese, but this did not work well on thin crust. Again, VERY SKIMPY on toppings. ROSATI'S IS SCAMMING PEOPLE. I went to the store for the promo pizza day and the same scam rosati's runs happened again. they run a national promo for a 3.50 pizza so yeah people are going to want to get it. I tried calling for 2 hours they literally stopped answering the phone so I showed up in person. there were around 30 people at the store in line, so I waited and finally near the front the guy at the counter said the promo pizzas were gone at 9am. why are you running a scam of a promo that ended a 9am. rosati's was pulling the bait at switch tactic at all of the locations doing this knowing 99 percent of the customers who want to get one would not. Most of the comments they are getting all over the internet are negative and they know most people are not gonna get a pizza and leave a negative review because this place is scamming customers. they run a promo that was over at 9am. Roasti's sucks for running these fake deals to bait and switch customers into a full price pizza. if you want a legit pizza place nearby go to lou malnatis 5 min away who always has the promo working when they send it out. I’ve had problems ordering on Rosatis website in the past but it was easy as pie yesterday and I had no need to call to finish placing my order. There was one little glitch though. There is an option to repeat a previous order and that feature didn’t work, but I had never even seen that option before so it was no big deal to start from scratch since I was familiar with the website. The tracking online showed that our pizza was done at the promised time but I’m pretty sure that it was done sooner because we picked it up at exactly that time and our pizza wasn’t hot. Although it did require a bit of heating up, the pizza was delicious with a very thin crispy crust and an extremely generous portion of sausage. I did order “extra” sausage but I didn’t expect to actually have some in every single bite including the little triangle corners. Rosatis in Buffalo Grove has been our go to for carry out pizza for many years and after trying many others, we’ll continue to make them our first choice for both pizza and Italian beef sandwiches.
