Andale Tequila Bar — Restaurant in Buffalo

Andale as a whole are horrible. Andale tequila bar has horrible service even though we were the only table in there took forever to get drinks and order. They never disclosed that tables of 6 or more are automatically charged a 20% tip, which is fine but they need to disclose that as we tipped 20% on top of that. The manager even said that she had issues with her servers not doing this and would be updating the menus with this upcoming week. So nowhere was this disclosed. We called the Manger the next day to discuss that we did not mean to tip 40% and she said that was fine and to come in so they can reverse the charges. They made me come in to tell me something different than on the phone.

Also the andale cantina in Williamsville stole from us as well we tipped at the bar more than 20% in cash and then they added a tip to the receipt without our knowledge.

Horrible...

My birthday dinner celebration was successful. We took the opportunity to dine at the newly launched Andale Tequila. Building on our positive experiences at Andale 2 on French in West Seneca, we chose to try out the new Andale Tequila on Seneca Street. One standout aspect was the lack of any waiting time. The restaurant offered a sophisticated vibe, with exceptional culinary offerings and drinks. I opted for a strawberry margarita and Dan selected Dos Equis Amber. Our loyalty to Andale for Mexican cuisine remains unwavering, and this location met expectations. My meal consisted of steak fajita with grilled peppers and onions, refried beans, rice, and a side of lettuce accompanied by salsa and sour cream. BEWARE. This is the second ándale in western New York to practice shady business. (Have a dispute open with the other location due to them adding a tip onto my card, when I tipped cash.)

Came in Friday night as the only table in the restaurant, despite that we got terrible service but still tipped 20%. Just to find out the next day that they added 20% onto our tab without telling us. When I called to address it, the manger was apologetic and told me to come in; to which they said they couldn’t do anything about it.
