Chautauqua Cafe — Restaurant in Buffalo

I rely on these kinds of places for top quality fresh food. I love this place and I am so glad they are there, but I bought over a pound of orzo salad for my lunch. The tomatoes AND the carrots were almost moldy tasting. I had to sit and pick the tiny gooey chunks of tomato, and the tiny slivers of carrots, out of each spoonful, because I was hungry, and didn't want to throw away expensive salad. Is it even possible that the person cooking doesn't know when...

Not impressed with the food from the new company.... too many unhealthy choices, not enough healthy choices, no clear markings as to what ingredients - very few vegetarian options, basically no vegan options... unless you want to eat lettuce all the time. Soups are always filled with meat or dairy/cheese. Very disappointing... looking for other options nearby to eat. How hard is it to mark meu items...

Convenient, sandwiches are OK, depending on who makes it. The staff are polite and friendly- but clearly in no hurry!
