Los Hermanos — Restaurant in Buffalo

Went and ordered our usual had been loyal customers when we lived in buffalo and decided to come back to an old favorite. Our waiter served our drinks by grabbing the top of our glass. We decided to just ignore it as we had straws, although it is obviously something you shouldn't do as a waitress, as grabbing the top of someone's glass is very unsanitary, especially since we have a pandemic going on. My mother got her food, tasted it, and immediately walked up to the servers station. She did not receive service for 10 minutes. When the server finally came back from the server station, my mother said it tasted like something had gone bad. The server then tried to play it off as if she didnt understand what she meant, so my mom was forced to try it again, although she had already tasted something that for sure had gone bad. Then the waiter took it back to the kitchen, and a few minutes later came back and said "oh I'm sorry ma'am, that one was made yesterday would you like one that was made today?" Like bro....was I here yesterday? Did I order food from yesterday? Why the h*ll did you serve my 53 year old mom food that was made the day before, (if that's even the truth, though somehow I doubt it) I've worked in restaurants you dont serve anything that has ANY chance of offending/sickening a customer. Very disappointed and the way I look at it, you all should be investigated by the health department. 0/10 will not be visiting again ever, if I could give less than 1...

Oof I feel so bad leaving this review, but omg this food was soooo bad! Idk if the people who cook are afraid of flavor but the food was flavorless!!! and my shrimp was like chewing on a tire. I had to add salt to my salsa!! The cheese dip was like water the beans were just poured out of a can and mushed up no salt no paper no flavor at all just tasted like canned beans. The rice tasted like 60 second microwave rice once again no flavor, taco no flavor, the only flavor there was was in my quesadilla and that was a soapy flavor of to much cilantro. We couldn't even eat our food it was so horrible. I'm always pretty sad when I go eat and walk away hungry. Please don't waste money here it's not even real...

We ended up here last night unexpectedly. We aren't from Buffalo, so we weren't sure where to go, but it ended up being the best decision. Our server (I didn't get her name) was incredible, I don't think I've ever met such a fantastic server. We were celebrating my nieces birthday and she went above and beyond. There were only two servers, it was 8pm and they close at 9, and large parties kept coming in (including the 7 of us) and they did an incredible job keeping up with everything we needed and more! The food went above my expectations as well - delicious white queso and salsa - and the fajitas were also amazing! Would...
