Don't use their online ordering, they can't keep straight when you try to pick up from a stall as directed. Gentleman said "ok" and hung up on me, then a few minutes later a carhop is going down the line of cars offering my order to anyone willing to say yes. Luckily she started on the same side where I parked and I reached her by about the 2nd or 3rd time, but it's not like she asked for my ID or anything.
Called to speak to the manager to see if this is normal for online orders but didn't get an answer beyond "no" for how it should normally work. I don't recommend trying it.
Manager asked me for the name of the person who hung up on me, but obviously I didn't know. Manager asked me to hold on, and a few moments later a male voice comes on and says Hello as if answering a new call, but after a bit it was clear this was the gentleman who took my online order when I pulled in. He said he hit a wrong button and that's how he accidentally hung up on me, but that they would never do what they just did 15 minutes before I called.
I've never had a restaurant try to give away my order before and have never called in to one like this before, so maybe this was a normal interaction. It seems to me like an extremely poor level of professionalism and...

I tried sharing Sonic’s app picture of same shake, showing him picture looks totally different than what he’s trying to hand me. He replied he didn’t want to look at it and that’s the way it comes.
