Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Buffalo

Don't use their online ordering, they can't keep straight when you try to pick up from a stall as directed. Gentleman said "ok" and hung up on me, then a few minutes later a carhop is going down the line of cars offering my order to anyone willing to say yes. Luckily she started on the same side where I parked and I reached her by about the 2nd or 3rd time, but it's not like she asked for my ID or anything.

Called to speak to the manager to see if this is normal for online orders but didn't get an answer beyond "no" for how it should normally work. I don't recommend trying it.

Manager asked me for the name of the person who hung up on me, but obviously I didn't know. Manager asked me to hold on, and a few moments later a male voice comes on and says Hello as if answering a new call, but after a bit it was clear this was the gentleman who took my online order when I pulled in. He said he hit a wrong button and that's how he accidentally hung up on me, but that they would never do what they just did 15 minutes before I called.

I've never had a restaurant try to give away my order before and have never called in to one like this before, so maybe this was a normal interaction. It seems to me like an extremely poor level of professionalism and...

We came in this morning and got four drinks ask for easy eyes didn't get easy eyes my husband got a breakfast burrito and some french fries I don't know how Jessica could bring out cold french fries he said he should just want to McDonald's so I got him food chicken biscuits the only reason he went there because I wanted a Route 44 to vanilla Dr Pepper and he needed something to eat before going to work cuz he got my daughter something to drink me him and my sister-in-law he says every time he comes here at the experiences and the food it gets worse and worse I mean you think so how long it took us to get our food and drinks everything would have been hot and fresh and it wasn't the the french fries felt like they're from yesterday that's cold they were I mean I don't like to complain and everything but when you order fries at 9:00 in the morning you should be hot and fresh not cold I know everybody's going through a hard time with hiring people and people saying I totally understand that and everything it's totally understandable it's hard to find good help these days totally understandable but the quality and the food when you order should be hot and fresh and not tasteful for $20 that I spent and everything she just went...

I ordered a Shake. Shake was almost $7. Cup was 3/4 full. Manager said that’s how they make them. I tried sharing Sonic’s app picture of same shake, showing him picture looks totally different than what he’s trying to hand me. He replied he didn’t want to look at it and that’s the way it comes. I’ve bought dozens of shakes from Sonic and never had a shake that was three-quarter full.. So I asked to have my money back and he got completely upset. Then he made me upset and then he started taking pictures of my license plate. That was it. I got out of my car and yelled at Him as he’s threatening to call the police on me.
