Oseyo Asian Fusion - Buffalo — Restaurant in Buffalo

I have had Oseyo in Bolivar many time but it’s been years since, not due to anything they’ve done but more so me moving. When I heard they opened in Buffalo I couldn’t have been more excited! The service was great and I got the mushroom chicken, I asked for it spicy even though it wasn’t listed as an option and the waitress asked how spicy I would like it (just one part of the great service) I said extra! My friend got the spicy cashew chicken on their menu. It was brought to us quickly and I have to say they definitely brought the spice! BUT they didn’t sacrifice a bit of flavor! It was the best Asian food I’ve had in a long time and trust me I try a lot of Asian food in Springfield as well as other cities. The thing that really blew me away was that I never even think of ordering cashew chicken because it always seems so bland. Staff was very attentive it was a busy lunch hour and they had us seated quickly. Food come out very quick and hot! The egg rolls tasted fresh and like they had just made them from scratch! The rice was fluffy and fresh! I had the cashew chicken not normally a dish I care for as it’s hot or miss at most places however I absolutely loved it here! The place just opened and everyone was working very hard to accommodate every customer! We will definitely be back to try more dishes as they had a few menu items unavailable due to kitchen maintenance I really would like to try! Great...

Not only does Oseyo Asian Fusion provide the best Asian food for many miles around, it may be among southwest Missouri’s best restaurants…period. Don’t get me wrong; there are many wonderful restaurants in the region. There’s just something so authentic about Oseyo that it stands apart from the rest…and prices are awesome.
