I ordered a meal on GrubHub for pickup and this review reflects my experience with the two entrées ordered, and confusion with the ordering process.

On GrubHub, were I believe the content of what's available is established by restaurants, it shows that when ordering a burger, it comes with a fry and soda, but when checking my food before leaving the restaurant there were no fries. I asked the employee where they were and was told they don't come with fries. I informed them that on Grubhub it shows that the burger should have come with fries and a drink, but no recourse was offered to remedy the confusion. Not a great experience customer service-wise.

I ordered the classic burger and a chicken biryani. The burger was beyond disappointing and I was very confused by it's set up as it appeared to be a single patty cut in half and split across four bun pieces that were stacked up almost like a big Mac. I have never seen something like that before and maybe would've been OK with it if it actually tasted good. It came with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and cucumber (I guess in lieu of pickles).

The chicken biryani on the other hand was delicious and was a generous portion as well. When I finished eating, I still had plenty of leftovers for another full meal. It was flavorful and well spiced.

This review reflects the poor experience related to ordering, as well as the burger. I wouldn't recommend the burger, but the more traditional Indian offerings might be...

My Husband and I have been meaning to try this restaurant for a while so tonight was our 1st time here.....bad choice! The attitude coming from the person that took our order, I overlooked because maybe he was having a bad night. After we placed our order I used the restroom, it was DISCUSTING! Honestly if I had seen the restroom 1st, I would have walked out. Didn't wait long for the food. My Husband's food was packed in containers, but my fried shrimp, chicken wings, & fries combo was just thrown into a WHITE PAPER BAG! The chicken wings were a nice size, and it would have been better if THEY WERE COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH! We will not be supporting this business, and it's a shame because we are always looking to support Halal restaurants, and we literally live three minutes away. DINE AT...

Basically a take out restaurant with absolutely no care for the dine-in customers. We went there twice on 2 different days with the family and friends between 6-7 pm but couldn’t serve an item called “Haleem”.

Day1: we were told that they made Haleem with Beef instead of Goat as advertised in the menu.

Day2: The server told us that they just sold 16 orders of Haleem. However, the Chef told us that the Haleem has been spoiled as they didn’t cook freshly that day.

So, there was a clear disagreement between the employees of the same restaurant meaning that they were lying.

Also they don’t cook fresh food every day rather keeps serving the cooked foods at least up 3 days. This is what told by the...
