First of all, the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!!!! They look at you in a daze or like a deer in headlights when you are trying to give your order. They act like they don’t understand what you’re talking about, and then give you attitude when you tell them your order is wrong. If I could give zero stars I would. They literally get my order incorrect 14 days out of the month. I only work 14 days out of the month and I order from them every day. This is the last day that I will tolerate paying for something I did not order. Example, I ordered cold brew on the app, I was charged, went to pick them up, they were out. I still did not get my refund. I asked for small cold brew, 2 cream 1 sugar, they give me medium cold brew with whip cream and chocolate. I order a chocolate fudge Justin Bieber Tim bit, they give me a chocolate Tim bit. The donuts and Tim bits Are stale and have already had flies sitting on them if you don’t order first thing in the morning. I’m just sick of it!!! It’s not like I’m ordering anything...

Horrible customer service very rude the impolite I ordered a $14 chipotle, steak and cheese wrap meal. When I got home It was a chicken wrap with very little pieces of chicken too much cheese a little lettuce and tomato in the bag. That is not what I ordered these people are very rude when taking your order. When you try to ask them about your order, they get a attitude I would not spend my money here you will not get what you order. When I told the lady that that was not the donut that I ordered that I told the lady that I would decide because I didn’t know what I wanted. She put a cream filling doughnut in my bag and continued to argue with me when I’m the customer. I will be contacting you today thanks...

Since there is no other way to contact this establishment here I am. I wonder 3-4 coffees daily from here. I order xl most times and 90% of the time I get a large. This morning I ordered with the mobile app. Got to work, went to counter and they were talking. Looked over at me, grabbed my slip and started to pour my coffee then stopped and started doing something else. All while touching food with no gloves! I walked away and will gladly lose out on my $7 on a coffee and egg bites I spent today and...
