Macho Tacos and Burger — Restaurant in Buffalo

Horrible experience. Ordered $60+ dollars worth of food for the whole family to try for the first time. The meat on the burgers were old and had a foul smell and taste, ruined our appetite immediately. But that’s not all. We could The fries were cooked in old oil or weren’t fresh, the person taking our order had stains on their clothes and overall atmosphere was dirty. There was snow and ice leading straight into the restaurant which made it very hard to get to. We waited for over 30 minutes for an order to feed 4 people. Nothing extra. We should she known when no one else was in the restaurant the entire time we waited. Will not go here again. Would recommend spending your money somewhere actually worth it. Oh and the chicken wings looked atrocious. I wish I took a picture of them before...

Absolutely horribly ran establishment. Been there 3 times specifically for DoorDash very late at night and every time they didn’t start the order until after I arrived. Each time they proceeded to tell me about 5 minutes and I waited 15+ every time. Tried to have a discussion with one of the employees about it and he just kept speaking over me telling me he didn’t understand why I was upset. Mind you it’s in a horrible neighborhood late at night And they have me standing outside waiting because they’re too lazy to do their job. A dude literally walked by and asked if I was from around there and told me I shouldn’t be standing...

I would not recommend this restaurant due to serious hygiene concerns. The floors and bathroom were extremely unclean, with visible dirt and even holes in the walls. The entire place feels neglected and unsanitary, as shown in the attached photos. This establishment should be inspected by health and safety authorities. As for the food, the burger was mediocre, and the lettuce was dirty. The fries were passable, but overall, the experience was...
