McDonald's — Restaurant in Buffalo

When I walked in, it seemed nice. Everything looked clean but the floors were a little dirty. When I went to order, they said what do u want casually. They don't even show minimum courtesy for their customers. I orders few apple pies. It's not even on the menu. I get fast food, but in 6 minutes tops, I got my pies. I checked to see if the pies were out of the oven since I got them so fast and they were cold AF. I asked for fresh pies and they said it would take 12 minutes. Slow food not fast food. They gave my food 5 minutes after and I checked them and they were still cold. I asked again then they became rude. The worker threw the pies in the trash and went back in the kitchen. I saw an old lady give back her burger because there was onions and she asked for none. Then the same worker chucked the burger In the trash! The lady said she could've gave it to the homeless and the worker became rude again. While I was waiting, I was asking another worker about the other workers rudeness and he said no English. How tf is he supposed to get hired if he doesn't know English? The rude worker finally gave my apple pies, fresh and hot, but when I was in my car, I opened it and it was. Flaky! I know that's a readymade pie because it was flaky. I didn't go back for a refund because I was dropping my kids...

I am not a frequent visitor of McD's. But I have a tendency to procrastinate when I work the night shift. So here I am at Mickie's. I found they have alot of deals, if you use their app to order. So today's deal was a free large fry. I also ordered 4 cheeseburgers and two apple pies. Everything was smooth using the app and it stayed that way all the way up until pickup. I gave my pickup code and the employee told me, i still owed $4, I wondered how was that possible? I paid through Apple pay. When the guy explained he doesn't know and I look over the receipt. I notice the promo code never gave me my free large fries. So ok I'll pay the $4, and go about my night. I have to drive 30mins to get to work. I get to work and guess what?!? No fries are in the bag!!! I knew I should've never trusted coming to a place for food. When there is a smiling clown as the mascot. The joke was...

the worst service ever I came here this morning and I purchased a sausage egg and cheese on a mcmuffin and my egg was runny and wasn't done first off the girl in grill was on her phone not making food so my ssandwich was stale and burnt if I spend my money I want my food cooked done and service with a smile.....so I took the sandwhich back to get my money the manager was in grill talking to me and he came up to give me my refund and the young lady that was their with him gonna say"you could of three that out" so with that being said of this the type of business this place is running you need to be ashamed of yourself they sell drugs out the drive thru window the young kids do what they want something needs to be done about this I no I WILL NEVER...
