Niagara Deli & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Buffalo

I've ordered three times. Each time the staff has been genuine, friendly, and on-point with service. The food is ready on time and as requested with what can fairly be called precision. It's not the classiest pie in Buffalo but it's a really good meal(especially if you like sweet sauce). It's also a rock-solid value, $5-$6 below competition. For the above alone they're now my go-to.

BUT, today I witnessed something above and beyond. A customer raced through the front door asking for help from the staff. Several staff dropped what they were doing and took off down the street. A full block away someone was overdosing and needed narcan.

Their customer ran past three other businesses because they knew Niagara Deli could be trusted to ask for narcan AND that they would help. Staff were on scene before the fire department.

It's not just one or two kind employees; it really seems cultural to the shop. They deserve your business and have a fairly extensive menu of Buffalo favorites. If it's pizza night at your house, why not buy one from a really good neighbor? Give...

I’m utterly disappointed. I called at 3:53pm and ordered the small pizza & one item with 10 wings special. I ordered sausage and cheese, mild wings extra crispy everything was fine. The lady told me it would be one hour. She took my payment over the phone. The delivery guy showed up at 5:26 PM with a cheese pizza no sausage, burnt and extra greasy with old chicken wings. My food was cold and my order was wrong and my family had been waiting over an hour for food I called And the lady told me that she can switch the pizza out mine you it was delivery, so I would have to wait an hour for the delivery guy to bring me the correct pizza so I asked the lady So am I going to have hot pizza and cold wings? Her response was Well, it’s the beginning of the month and we’re busy no refund of my money no offer to replace the entire meal even if I gave it back to them I will never order...

First I want to start by saying this my & my daughters favorite go to spot for a bite they have some good subs wings pizza salad tacos etc etc.. They literally have everything in this store food snacks drinks and much more if you are making dinner and you are missing a item you are most likely going to find the missing item you need at niagara deli. The owners are amazing people and I have nothing but mad love for them Anthony Donia and Brenda ya are amazing people they always look out for me if I'm short they love there community and are very kind to us all like literally. Everytime I order it is for delivery and my food always comes warm they have some nice delivery drivers I know that there is this one young man that everytime he delivers my food before he leaves on his way he says Godbless you like who.wouldn't Want to get Bless I give ya a 👍❤️...
