I love the food, it’s my favorite place to go for lunch. A while back a heavier set blonde girl took the order of the man in front of me handled money then prepared his food with the same gloves. When I was asked what I wanted I just left. I stayed away for a while and if I seen her working I would just walk out.
Today I had a good experience yesterday and I ordered again because you get a donut when you buy a coffee on friday. The same thing happened I paid and the woman counted my change out and went to make food touching the products trying to find what I wanted. Given the mistrust for food service sabotaging food if you complain I fought the urge to say anything for a moment. I asked her to switch her gloves. She said yes and I only hope that she did not spit in my food or something.
Money is dirty a f and uncommon sense is prevalent. Perhaps they are just lazy or something but it’s pretty disgusting and I hate that an enjoyable lunch here because I like the food becomes a grossed out paranoid endeavor. Please teach your employees to be less...

The doughnuts are just amazing. I didn't know normal doughnuts were 1/2 the size of Paula's until I was about 20. I was just used to having softball sized doughnuts.
When I was 25, I dated a girl from St Catherines Canada. As a Canadian, she was a self proclaimed Doughnut Connoisseur. I brought her a Texas Doughnut from Paula's and she took pictures and sent them to her friends back home. The Texas Doughnuts will feed an office, theyre about a foot across.
Even the cinnamon buns are the size of dinner plates.

Your staff simply ignored and said he does not have any hotspot… customer interaction is must if someone is interacting in a polite way
I really felt helpless and trying to go shop by shop looking for wifi connection
I understand that some stores they dont have wifi’s and store sometimes can not help but there is always a way to say no and provide any alternative if employeee wishes
