Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Buffalo

Picked up my order and was told they were out of lemon pepper seasoning so I chose Cajun. I could see the lady opening a seasoning packet with her teeth and dump the seasoning on the wings. Then I checked the pizza and there were about 16-20 pepperonis on a pepperonis lover pizza. I questioned why so little and was til they used the wrong pepperoni so it’s less. I asked for a remake and was told they were out of regular pepperoni. They offered $5 off for and order that wasn’t right and wouldn’t remake the pizza. I ordered our dinner on the app at 7:55pm, at 8:10pm I received a text that my order was out for delivery. The app said my order would be delivered by 8:30pm. By 9:10pm my food was still not delivered. I called the store 6 times to see if there was an issue but it just rang continuously and no one ever answered. At 9:15 we got in the car to go into town to physically go to the store and see what the issue was only for my daughter to text at 9:25pm saying they finally showed up. Pizza was fresh and hot. We were on the road wanted to sit and eat but it was pretty clear that isn't what they expect. When we managed to get an employees attention to order, after about 5 minutes, they had order and pay ahead to dine in. Pizza was brought to us at the table in the box but they did give us to go waters, forks and plates. Never saw an employee after that, but we just treated it as fast food rather than sit down and made sure we cleaned up well after ourselves.
