UPDATE AGAIN 7/9/2025 BACK AT IT AGAIN. NOT GOVING CHEESE SAUCE WITH THE PRETZELS. YALL WERE DOING GOOD FOR A WHILE BUT TODAY, SPENT 34$ ORDERED 4 PRETZELS AND GOT NO CHEESE. SENT MY DAUGHTER BACK AND THEY SENT 2. IVE WASTED GAS GOING AND COMING HOME 2 TIMES FOR WHAT? CANT YOU JUST DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND PUT THE DANG SAUCE IN THERE? YOU CAN NOT CHOOSE FOR IT TO BE ON THERE ON THE APP. ITS LITERALLY ALREADY CHOSEN. IT COMES WITH IT! I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT LAST TIME AND SHOWED IT TO YALL AND YOU ASK THE SAME QUESTION AGAIN? LOOK ON THE APP YOURSELF AND SEE. ORDER A PRETZEL. Update... 1/15/2025 Please quit telling your employees the cheese sauce doesn't come with the pretzels. IT ABSOLUTELY COMES WITH THE CHEESE SAUCE. Look on the app. It says it comes with it. When we order and drive all the way up there, we don't want to have to drive all the way back for cheese sauce everytime. Just quit! Your food is good but this is just getting annoying. There is no option to add cheese because it says it comes with it. I usually love this location, but today was very very disappointed and frustrated. I ordered from the window and got our stuff but Then decided to pull in a stall in order a couple of milkshakes well when I got the milkshakes one of them was completely melted into liquid and was warm like it was an old one sitting there. I grabbed mine and the top popped off and milkshake went everywhere. A huge mess all over my car And all she had to say when I called and asked for napkins was that the milkshakes were supposed to be that way and I shouldn't grab it from the top which I never grabbed it from the top I grabbed it from the cup and the top popped off of it so I was stuck there cleaning up with his there cleaning up a huge mess With a handful of napkins. I usually love Sonic and usually NEVER complain. However, this location really needs some serious overhauling on EVERYTHING.

We went through the drive through, had to repeat our order numerous times. We got our food, get home, order was not right at all. I called to speak to the manager. She flat out argued with me over it. There was no extra lime in my Dr Pepper. I can count. There is 2 not 4. I don’t care if you said you made it yourself, that doesn’t change the fact there is only 2. I ordered a burger with bacon. There’s no bacon on it. ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT ON YOUR END IT DOES NOT STATE SUCH. Burger was slapped together carelessly. I literally had to repeat my order multiple times. There should NOT have been an error. The last several times I have visited this Sonic, the customer service has been sub par. The last 3 times I have visited, they have either got the order wrong or brought out the wrong size. They have yet to get it right. I don’t appreciate THE MANAGER catching an attitude when I was trying to give HER the opportunity to make it right. Don’t insinuate I am a liar. Don’t come at me with sarcasm either.

There were quite a few mess ups in the short time I was there. The carhop Dylan, semi new, "couldnt hear me" on speaker so came outside and wrote my order down. I said my order slowly, two simple burgers and cheese tots, and repeated key details three times. My order was wrong but they sent out veggies for me to correct it. I was then shortchanged by $5 but still I remained calm and even remined him to just remain calm and double check everything and tipped him a dollar. Upon leaving i decided to hit the drive through for a small FUDGE shake. I was given something that tasted like really awful peanut butter so I pulled into a stall and asked for a manager, Jerone came out to hear the problem. Even when I explained that the pumps they used may be cross contaminated between the fudge and peanut butter and how dangerous it may be if i had peanut allergies, but he suggested they may have mis read my order and made the wrong shake,....I STILL got the same DISGUSTING shake AGAIN!
