Typically I really like this place, they got pretty good sides like Mac n cheese and yams. Anyway the girl with glasses, a bonnet, a big forehead and bad attitude around 8:20 on March 7th. I hope you see this so you know how to talk to people better, I don’t want her fired and I’ll continue to eat here but she was wildn with the attitude talkn about “we closed” and it’s only 8:30 I know yall close at 9 and I placed my order at 7:20. She said did you pay “I said no I just placed my order and i said I’ll be back” she says again “well we’re closed” I was literally just late picking up my food, the girl didn’t even try to look to see if the food was made. She needs a lesson in customer service honestly, I didn’t wanna argue with miss attitude so I left no complaint. I’ll be eating here again, I hope whoever she is next time I see her she has a smile and a better attitude. The girl who originally took my order was nice and understanding when my card didn’t go through at first, I literally just left...

I'm not going to lie the food is absolutely delicious!! However the person charging/talking payments either don't know what she is doing or is trying to clip her a few coins on the side. First time I ordered food came to $38.60...so I order again the following day. I was over charged didn't realize it until I left I was shorted $5 so I call and explain to them and they were like yeah she made a mistake I go back get my change and I was still shorted a $1 so at this point I'm like she probably needed it and just was like whatever... Now I check my bank statement and they charged me twice for the first order I got. They charged me $38.60 but they went again and charged my card an additional $4.77 totalling my first order to $43.77. 🤔🤔

Lies why would I leave a tip my first time buying food and not knowing what it taste like??! Even the bank said you went back and added the $4.77. then you want to call and talk to me with an attitude bcuz you took it upon yourself and tip yourself......

Don’t get me wrong The food was really good I enjoyed it but I ordered 3 dinners for myself and my kids expecting to get two sides with each dinner as I was told I would receive. My kids are picky so I ordered them chicken dinners and asked if they had mashed potato’s I was told yes…sides were suppose to be mashed potato’s and greens for both. For myself I ordered rib dinner with yams and baked Mac. Girl on the phone told me $65 was more than what I wanted to spend on takeout but figured it would be worth it. Got there and paid $75 instead and when we got home the only thing that was right was my rib dinner and a small order of greens All I got for my kids was fried chicken and a bunch of baked mac and cheese that they don’t eat and wasted 😫🤦‍♀️I was hoping to at least get the mashed potato’s if not the greens because of how much I paid.🙁I felt like I got lol but all good other then...
