I had the pleasure of using the Lunch Box Catering for my mom’s 70th birthday party, and I couldn't be more thrilled with their service. From start to finish, they exceeded all expectations.

First and foremost, the food quality was exceptional. Every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. It was clear that the chefs put a lot of thought and care into each item. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how amazing the food was, and many asked for the caterer's information.

In addition to the food, I was impressed by the excellent communication throughout the planning process. The team at Lunch Box was responsive and accommodating, making sure all of our preferences and dietary restrictions were met. They truly listened to our needs and delivered on every front.

Finally, their delivery service was punctual and professional. Everything arrived on time, and the setup was done seamlessly. This level of reliability made the entire event stress-free for me, allowing me to fully enjoy our milestone birthday with family and friends.

I understand the location in Tri Main can be busy, but I am a paying customer and expect something as simple as a grilled cheese sandwich to be made properly. I only eat here when my work is so crazy that I have no where else to go, and on multiple occasions I have politely spoke to the staff about my cheese being cold, and not even slightly cooked. The days are long and I need something fast that I can eat at my desk. It is so bad I cannot even eat it. Imagine, bread with slices of cold cheese and that's it. I would write in to Customer Service instead of writing a bad review but, there is no number or email posted anywhere. I have already kindly just asked that they just watch because it has happened more than once, and now I am just disgustingly disappointed. You over charge, and cant even make a grilled cheese? And expect tips?! come...

Very rude and unpleasant messed up by having attitude for me having big order did not give my ranch requested with my salad when ordered , as well as missed my turkey on sandwich when brought to their attention while buying a salad for a girl there for lunch the young lady Madison had attitude saying she personally added on as if I was a lie so brought sand which up there to show the mistake she has made she had bigger attitude she was wrong and had bigger attitude body language facials as well as had nerve to converse with another worker about me while I’m standing there what a way to treat customers save your money go somewhere else your service not appreciated should’ve kept my $30 dollar and tip as well as the $6 paid for another young lady lunch Total waste of Time Giving this lunchbox...
