New Golden Nugget — Restaurant in Buffalo

I wanna start off by saying that I actually love the golden nugget. It’s a great establishment and a staple in the neighborhood but what I don’t understand is last week. I ordered food from you guys and it was immaculate. Amazing when I say there was no complaints at all about my whole plate none at all then I ordered the exact same thing this week. I get chicken wings that were fried in burnt grease old macaroni and cheese. The greens are overcooked and mushy and I also ordered yams which I never got. I don’t understand how you can go from one week ago presenting me with something so amazing and then the next week not being consistent and giving me something totally different. I understand the prices of food right now and everything that’s going on and how much grease cost but if it’s gonna give you a better product that’s gonna keep your customers satisfied it doesn’t take that long to change Grease just do it because the more people get a consistent product, the more the business will grow and I know some black folks don’t wanna hear it so I don’t need a response back from the owner or whoever runs this page. The food was actually kind of bad. The mac was bad unless you tell them how to prepare it…. I guess. The greens were good but the wings were undercooked and made us nauseous eating them because they were kind of slimy. Now, i will say the Dj’s and bartenders do a great great job i loved the hype they bring to the environment. The browskin lady with the black curly hair working the bar april 12th (last night) was a great spirit and good service as well. I feel as though the kitchen is slighty too comfortable with being unprofessional. They were good people with good intentions but when youre kind of under the influence and new to the city you kind of expect people to know more about their service so you can have a sense of what to be certain about. Long story short-group of friends doubted me for getting food from a "gentlemans" place in the rough looking side of town. But I promise you once they tasted that haddock and had some collard greens with that cornbread, 4 people immediately ordered on doordash. They did accidentally give one friend collard greens instead of Mac and cheese, but imma give a pass since the food was still great and the price was affordable too.
