Okay place. My first time there. Granted, they close at 9:30pm Sunday. We entered 8:55pm. Sat over on hibachi side. Only so much a server can do, plus we did not require much. We asked chef to make our rice a lil darker and cooked longer, he just proceded to serve the rice on our plate. I asked for wasabi, or the green sauce, for spicy flavor. Was offered Sriracha. He did bring a sauce, reddish with peppers, was good. Just was not the taste I was looking for. I wanted the wasabi green spicy sauce. Food was delicious. First time there, I did not want to leave with a to go box. Chef was cool. Good cooking, temp and all. Just, didn't fulfill my request. As we were to pay tab, I asked server to give me two min as my family and I did our money thing. He lingered staying and looking at me, to the point I put the book down and took a sip of my drink while looking at him, which he knew what that meant, because he finally gave me my two min. Gave a 25% tip. Just as soon as he picked up the tab, they turned the lights off, except my section. As the guy was trying to sweep other sections. Within no more than a min, I hear a lady speaking foreign language, and all of the sudden the lights came back on. I was finished with my drink. I have broken foot. My ride picked me up at the door. I was in my car by 9:38pm. So, they had been closed for "8" min. I was not lingering for no reason or trying to stay inside to be a butt, yet, I felt that was rude, that within and extra 8 min, you tried to rush me out. It was a family of three. I was the last one. It rubbed me the wrong way. I said thank you. I'm not trying to sit here and lie, I was just offended by me staying an extra 8 min with a broken foot, to be rushed out. I get it, service was okay. Food was good. Hopefully, I can come in an half hour earlier and enjoy it some. But, that did ruin my experience. Not putting it off as to say, "I'm never coming back" because It was not a horrible experience nor bad. It could have just been a...
Read moreAnother great experience at Asian Garden. I Absolutely love the pho 🍲 here, it was my first time trying it from here and I’m definitely pleased by it. The tuna roll is good, and so is the spicy basil chicken rice… hahah I kinda forgot the name of that, but it’s a good place to go to. It’s never packed, and thats a good thing but it worries me like.. this place is soo good. Where is everyone at? Actually I think I know, they have a hibachi side of the restaurant, and I haven’t gone over there, but I think I just answered my own question. The owner is super sweet. He comes by to say hey every now and then, and helps out. The staff is accommodating. It’s clean, and the food is good. That’s all folks
Vegetable lo mein has only carrots, little bits and pieces of vegetables mainly noodles and not much broth actually no broth at all. I dont recommend it
A personal favorite of mine:

Read moreWe went to this place for lunch yesterday after a year. Up to yesterday, we've always had great experiences with the service and staff. Unfortunately, yesterday the waiter was rude to us. First, I asked if the waiter could request the chef to add more vegetables to my lo mein, but he said no. Then, I asked which soups were vegetarian since we don't eat chicken or beef, and he told us that the egg soup was vegetarian. So, we ordered the egg soup. When he brought our order, he left quickly without checking if we needed anything else. We had to wave several times to get his attention, and when we asked if the soup broths were vegetarian, he informed us that my soup had chicken broth and my husband's had beef broth. We explained that we couldn’t eat those soups because we needed them to be vegetarian. He took the soups away without a word and never brought replacements. After we finished our meal, he brought us the bill without us asking and without checking if we needed anything else (we would have ordered more food since the lunch portion was ridiculously small) . It’s like he wanted us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. The restaurant had many empty tables and the waiter was pretty patient and kind with other guests. We left feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I don’t think I'll ever return...
