This review is predominantly for Georgia, the very kind girl that worked the counter last night. I'm a Regal Club member for years and had already purchased by ticket for The Marvels (1/2 start for THAT atrocity) but did not have my wallet with me for concessions, a must have for movie night. I was unconcerned as I had my phone and was planning on using G-Pay from Google until I was informed that that theater had no ability to take any payment outside of card or cash. I tried for probably 15+ minutes trying to find a way to access my card and the full numbers and date, but was unsuccessful. Georgia was EXTREMELY helpful and patient during this (given the theater WAS empty at the time) and kept a wonderfully cheerful demeanor. Finally, I had just about given up when Georgia realized I had barely enough points for a small drink and small popcorn. That was plenty. I can't express enough how I was pleased that kind and helpful people like Georgia still exist in the service industry. Without doubt, most anyone else would have lost patience with me and asked me to step out of line, or even given me attitude. I was constantly apologetic myself and knew I wasn't holding anyone in line up as no one was there. But I admit I did take up a fair bit of her time. Georgia is exactly the kind of employee I hope companies become aware of and reward accordingly, especially nowadays The theater itself is one I visit regularly and is kept in clean and good working order. Thank...
Read moreWe go here all the time. The seats recline, there is a bar and the theater is pretty clean. on our more recent visit the kids behind the concession stand we're acting up, someone had burnt something and it smelled horrible in the lobby. When we went to the register the guy said, "sorry this one isn't working you'll need to go to him" and pointed to another person. While the kid was getting our order there were 5 to 6 kids huddled around the bin of empty popcorn giggling, laughing and passing a phone around. The poor kid in front of us and another register we're the only ones open with a large line of people. I made a comment about a manager needing to be present and the kid responded that he wish they had a manager. I felt really sorry for him and the other girl at the register because they we're working hard while the kids in the back we're goofing off. I reported it to the security guard and promptly a manager came to check it out. I was glad that he called a manager over, it was wrong for those kids to be doing nothing when I know there is so much to be done. I would give this a 5 star, but the staff is always goofing off, better management is needed at the...
