Let me start this review with this, the woman that works the counter and took my order was very polite and friendly and the restaurant (clearly setup for a more to go service) was decorated nicely and was clean and orderly, the seating was abundant in spite of the limited area available. My reason for the 2 stars given. My reasoning for denying the remaining 3 stars is as follows: I ordered the hibachi filet w/no rice and would like lo mein instead understanding that I would have an "up charge" for this request , that's $14.99 for the hibachi and $2 for the "lo mein", I also ordered pan fried pork dumplings at $5.99 and I replied in the affirmative when asked if I would like a drink with my TO-GO order. I was given a small cup for the fountain drink machine and told "you may have free refills" which struck me as odd considering we had established that I was taking it to my house to eat, none the less a paid my $30.05 (giving the woman taking my order a $2 tip and putting my single dish w/dumpling appetizer at $28.05) without to much worry, I had done the four m foot work after finding this place, having taken the time to read the list recent reviews and taking them back several months, I felt I had little to worry about and however pricey it may have been it would be will spent money to satisfy the very specific craving I had been having over the last week or so. So after waiting extra time for my dumplings that hadn't been cooked while the rest of the meal had, so roughly an extra 10 minutes while the rest of the food got cold. I drive home and start to dig in and here's the list : dumplings =half cooked, the accompanying sauce =tasted like sugar and soy sauce (not the faintest hint of ginger) very sweet, the "filet" (thankfully they didn't have the nerve to include "mignon" in the title) was very much over cooked (ordered med rare) and very tough (making me question which cut of beef exactly are they calling "filet") also the portion size of the "protein" was small in comparison to the about of veg. It was on top of (which turned out to be a good thing because feeling that was the bulk of the money spent I was determined to eat every bit of it) and add it turned out had zero seasoning or flavor (that's what yum yum sauce is for right?). The "lo mein" that I was up charged $2 for (I actually called to let them know I knew this wasn't any way, shape, or form something that would EVER be called lol mein in any spot on this planet were lo mein is a dietary staple nor in 99.5 of the restaurants in the US that offer it on their menu) turned out to be over cooked/boiled spaghetti which is probably the one thing at the grocery store that costs less than rice! I also took noticed when going back over the online menu to see what I had been charged for each item, why I was given a small fountain drink cup, it seems that they only list two options for drinks $2.49 fountain drink (no size option even though there were more than one "small" size cups stacked next to the register) the other option being a selection of bottled drinks for $2.49, which obviously would be the practical choice for a to go order, unless your a shady business owner attempting to con your customer base by doing things like advertising and charging for lo mein but instead serving spaghetti, or pretending to serve filet mignon and asking filet mignon prices but serving stew beef instead, or charging $2.50 for a drink and handing the to go customer a child's sized cup because the profit margin is exponentially higher than giving them the beverage designed for travel. It just goes to show you that even though they are polite and smile in your face you better watch where their hands are at all times because of you don't they will surely find their way into your wallet. You've been warned, if they would do it to me (someone they've never seen before, was polite, and tipped and payed in cash) they will certainly...

This is my honest review after reading the reviews. I decided to check this place out. My first mind was Texas roadhouse at the very least I could get a decent steak and the buttery rolls with the cinnamon butter who can go wrong with that.. when they brought my plate out, my pallet stopped watering. I looked at the sauce and it appeared to be watered down like they do the nail polish it was so thin it didn’t look like teriyaki sauce the first bite. I was like second bite nothing there was no flavor. I kept waiting for something to hit my pallet and say Wala That never happened. Let me back up before ordering. I asked her are the egg rolls made in-house. She didn’t like that question she said no so I didn’t order them. The crab Rangoon was OK. I will give it that it was OK.I’m from Mississippi by way of Tennessee. I have yet to find that wild factor in Georgia and other places that I’ve lived, which tells me that people here no pun intended are just not used to good southern flavorful food because what everyone call good here is not even average to me. This was below average. I did not like it. I ate it because I paid for it and I have the leftovers hopefully, I can add a little something to it to give it that um. As someone that’s a really good cook, I am very critical of the food that I consume and at this point, I don’t cook anymore for personal reasons, but I’m gonna have to start back cooking because nothing seems to please my pallet at this point in Georgia this food at this place I can compare it to something that you can buy out of the store the supermarket in a in the frozen section and just whip it up on the stove you probably would’ve came out better cause you could’ve added your own flavor to it. Don’t waste your time. I didn’t like it. Maybe y’all will I won’t be coming back Now. That’s my...

My family ordered sushi from this restaurant after a couple hours of rock climbing. We were hungry and felt supporting a local business rather than Publix was more meaningful. 1 California roll, 1 rainbow roll, 1 Spicy Salmon Roll and 2 Shrimp Tempura Rolls. So our first warning should have been ‘Mayo’ in every roll. Avocado is not used. I should have taken pictures but we literally threw our food straight into the garbage. Overwhelming amounts of rice to hide the fact that the slices of shrimp and fish were close to invisible. The slice of cucumber in the California roll and dragon roll was twice the size of the fish scraps we received. If you are a fan of sushi or sushi is a cultural staple like in our home. You will be left disgusted and unwilling to return. I know that sounds harsh. Whomever made sushi this day was obviously unskilled and clueless to what sushi quality is all about. Yuck, will not be returning. Purchase made on Saturday 08.07.2021 at about 2 in the afternoon. We are providing this information, in trying to help the owners understand where they will most likely...

This was my second time in. First time I got steak and chicken and it was good. This time I tried the scallops. They came out warm and not hot so they were cooked previously and just reheated. Every picture on the Google reviews showed them as being large and with marks from being on a grill of some kind. In my photo you will see smaller ones with almost no signs of being on a grill. They were teriyaki flavor but I did not taste teriyaki but I did find sand in the first three scallops and then it all went in the garbage. A waste of $18

Sooooo I just received my door dash from Nagoya - had really high hopes. The food tasted great but wow talk about a rip!! I got the trio of scallops, filet and shrimp for 31 dollars - I don’t mind paying for good food with decent portions- but this was comical. 5 tiny scallops - 5 tiny shrimp and a filet that was an 1/8th of an inch thick - I know cost are high these days and you have to make a profit but serving 80% rice on a 31 dollar meal is not what I expected- oh well lesson learned
