Taco Bell — Restaurant in Buford

Update: I gave this location another chance to fulfill an order I put in thru the Taco Bell app. I paid $33 for food and my son went to pick it up. He went to the drive thru window and was told that the food we ordered could not be made made or given to us since they were out of too many. Items that were on the order. They then informed us that we had to cancel it via the app which is impossible to do. So he told them he would be right back and called me and told me. I tried to call the store and they refused to answer. Then he went back and they said that they didn't have an order. They had marked it as picked up and no food was ever given to us and there was no refund so I paid taco bell $33 dollars for nothing. If I Could give them a 0 stars i Would because I'm done giving this particular location Any chance at giving me food when I order it. They are just out now thieves. Don't ever go here they're terrible employees and apparently terrible managers. I wonder if I could call the police it was out and out theft.

I ordered in app, and wanted the promo item. I was sitting in my car for a while with issues with connections (cellular) When an employee came outside. He was polite in asking if anything was wrong. When I told him I ordered in app he told me they could not cook my food (an issue with the grill) and would cancel my order and refund my money and give me back my promo. But I sat waiting for the app to update and it never did. He said they would refund it and return the promo. Instead he came out with a bag and said we steamed it instead. I was confused, then he said we are out of mango for the freeze (it was free). He then brought me out 1 each of the small freezes, cherry and Baja blast flavor. I left then realized the burrito was almost inedible and sticking to the wrapper so bad I was eating paper. So I want to say this employee went above and beyond for me but did not follow-thru with what he said, and the food was very disappointing. It tasted good just VERY difficult to eat and disappointing. Not sure why he didn't cancel it and let me order something else. ...

This is the WORST Taco Bell ever! Every single time I try going there it’s an issue. I just tried an hour ago (8:30pm) and as soon as I pulled up to the window they said they weren’t taking orders because they were cooking the chicken, beef and steak and it would take 30 mins!! What?! 30 mins?! This is FAST food, it doesn’t take that long! Time before that they said they weren’t taking orders because they were in the middle of shift change. When you actually do get to order it takes them 10 minutes just to acknowledge you through the speaker and then another additional 10+ minutes for them to give you your food! Who the heck is running this place?? Because they have NO IDEA what they are doing. I used to be a store manager for McDonalds for 5 years running 2 locations, so I know first hand that this is completely unacceptable and shouldn’t be happening. Oh and they say they “don’t do” the craving boxes. How?! You have EVERTHING on the menu that goes in them. You obviously just don’t want to offer any savings, which is completely clear seeing how the prices are higher at this location than anywhere else. It was so exciting when we found out they were building this Taco Bell but it’s turned out to be a complete fail. Don’t bother wasting your time going here, it will literally take over 20 minutes to get your food, and that’s if they are even serving due to shift change or...

As I went through the drive thru at 4:50 this evening to order my family a party pack, I had no idea it would be such trouble.

I would like the soft shell party pack please.

We are not doing party packs. We are short staffed.

Dumbfounded by the response I proceeded to ask if I could just order 12 soft shell tacos not in the party pack.

No. We are short staffed.

What I regret not saying then was… alright, can I get 11 soft shell tacos? 10? 9? How many tacos is the appropriate amount that y’all can handle for an order?

I also regret not ordering 2 and driving around the building 6 times… or 3 and driving thru 4 times… 4 and going around 3 times… 6 and circling the building twice. Surly they could make 12 tacos over multiple orders… or maybe that would just be an impossible ask.

How can you not make 12 soft shell tacos? That is literally your one job.
