La Cabanita Mex 5 — Restaurant in Buhl

We moved to Buhl about 6 months ago so we decided to check this place out. Been here a handful of times and every time we are 100% satisfied! Very comfortable, awesome service, and the food is excellent! We love that you can put together a few items for people like me that don't eat too much. I believe her name is Kaylee that has been our waitress a few times and she is great!! Everyone else is very friendly as well. This is our go to place especially when we have family or friends in town or just want good Mexican food. I was surprised that the reviews weren't higher but it looks like they are when a different restaurant was here before. Not a bad experience yet. Shared just a few photos of the last time...

Ok, I gave it another try. Much better this time. Food was good and service was much improved. I'll be back.

This restaurant just opened. The good reviews were all for the restaurant that used to be here. This new one is not good. No one is trained. We were there almost 2 hours. The drinks took about 30 minutes. Food took over an hour. I ordered crab enchiladas. They were cold and had very little crab. Mostly onions. This interesting old movie theater turned into a Mexican style restaurant. Granted it was 8pm, time I guess to clean and close.. food was mediocre and that is being generous.. service was slow and indifferent.
